very nicely put together! You gotta use some form of camera stabilizer when moving. I've been using the Cam Caddie Scorpion with great success obtaining smooth shots.
@ultraret haha, yeah. :) this was shot using a little point-and-shoot camera with a movie function. crappy quality, but it gets the job done. I have since upgraded to much more sophisticated equipment!
@birdblue4u3 and @yourmanjh actually, I was lucky to get those in a "grab bag" of lighting equipment. the person who sold me a few lights didn't know what they were, and just threw them in. but I know that companies like Jag35 (very affordable) sell plates like that. I know it's a bit of a cop-out that that's kinda the core of the rig, and we didn't build it *sheepish*...I guess the point is to look at what you have and get creative!
@mmunera that changes a little between companies - I tried to use a Zacuto follow-focus wheel on these rails, but they were too far apart. if you're planning on dressing your rig with accessories like that, it might be best to pick a company and go by their standards.

Nice work!
Congratulations.
One question, is there any standar measure between the two long bar in the rails system?
Greetings.
