@1swede1 There is no kit to mount a c3 rearend to that frame. Chevs of the 40's has a kit for a c4 rearend. They also sell a kit for the front using c4 a-arms and rack, but I did not use it. If I could do it again I would buy the kit for the front.
@3chevs I am doing this to a 55 second series, and will probably us Flatout Engineering's kit. They have a bolt/weld for the front and rear. Got a 92 front and 87 rear. Trying to figure out if I really need to C notch the rear frame rails or not.
SWEEET!!! Thats going to be cool! I'm doing a 1952 Dodge 4dr Coronet with a 1990's Toyota 4Runner 3.0lit Turbo Bio Diesel motor and a 2 wheel drive 5sd trans. I'll be auto crossing it with McD's fryer oil.
I m putting a 73 corvette rear under a 52 pick up. If you would allow me a few questions, I would appreciate it. E mail me at Outbackjohn@msn.com
