Two comments: 1) The quiet parts should be quieter. That way, when the loud parts come in, they will be more dramatic. 2) The end of each phrase is a bit sloppy. If it ends with a "t," for example, the "t"sound should be sharper. And in all cases, the end of each phrase should not fade away. When it does, it sounds like the singers are in a rush to get it over with.

@NatNatSILLY I'm a first soprano and my choir sang this song too. The highest note in this song is an E, that should be cake for a first soprano. I did find getting enough air was difficult, but i used staggered breathing and all was fine.

this performance was okay. it went a little fast but that wasnt the students fault, most likely the directors. they had good tone quality and overall the song was fantastic! It just really bugs me how 0:13-0:17 the two boys in the right corner are standing there talking. and maybe the girls didn't have to move their whole bodies quite as much while engaging with the audience. still, this was great!

There is one girl singing soprano, that you can't see, but she is singing clear as a bell. She is very good, strong and great breathe control but unfortunately she is not in the shot. I feel as if she is carrying the pace of the choir. Too bad we'll never know who she is. Her one voice and face(unseen) has more personality then the faces I can see. The rest of the choir need to be as compelling as her one voice.

Very good performance, but I think the "Ding" and "Dong" could be voiced a little better. The widest accepted way to voice them for CotB is to hang on to the "ng" at the end instead of the "i" or the "ah" and it seems like a few in this choir are doing this, but more consistency could make a better sound :) But very pleasurable to listen to!
