  • Lady, this is awesome. You are very helpful to someone who doesn't know much about knitting. You should definitely keep making videos for beginners in order for them to become more interested. Just my 2 cents. Thanks.

  • I know it's a wonderful thing that she mentions washing one's hands. Many people don't realize that the yarn takes to your hands differently if they are dirty etc. This many come as a shock to most people, but you should always wash your hands before you begin anything!

  • i dont sew but my friend randomMagic4145 does jk jk jk jk just kiding

  • do you like to skip pearls when u knit and why do you have 2 wash your hands ????????

  • @roxyace114 Wash your hands to keep natural skin oils from discoloring your work.

  • i just started yasterday i dont get the hang of thes yat so i will praboly watch alot more of your videos you are the best that i saw oll day

  • i have a quick question

oky i get the steps but my

    stitching relap

all some in top of which other some times

    what am i doing wrong!

  • @alllmaraz

I don't know....watch my hands carefully, go really, really slow, casting on one stitch at a time...you may be going too fast...don't feel bad ...it happens to me too if I go too fast!

  • I don't think you should drop the stitch at the end of the row. I'm sorry if it seems so but every stitch gets knitted or purled except the first which is merely transferred from the left needle to the right before beginning purling or knitting. This is done so that a neat edge will form as the piece lengthens. It is easier to sew the pieces together if the side edges are neat. I hope this helps. Zooey

  • Hi Zooeybaby! Thank you so much for posting these videos.

I just discovered them and I'm so excited to be knitting. While practicing the knit and the purl what do I do with the dropped stitch at the end of the row? Should I stop droppping them while I'm practicing?

  • Thank you! more to come!
