  • Фантастика!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I am very happy to see the vidoe from you, hopefully the others also are happy for You This Dynamic Architecture building by David Fisher will be constantly in motion changing its shape. It will also generate electric energy for itself.

  • woah and i thought shanghai had beutiful buildings

  • oh duabi .. why r u so beautiful x3

  • Loving the music lol

  • Has this building being built yet? I'm making a project about Dubai's architecture and I want to point it out.

  • crazy stuff

  • consuming so much energy, I don't think that it is rotating on solar or windpower. Talk about the green footprint...That is the reason for ''end of the world'' music

  • @lilleke013 You must be centuries behind technology :/

    Either-ways, you're welcome to 21st century :)

  • @MrElectrifyer I live in 21st century my own house is powerd by solar and wind energy.

  • @lilleke013 well I'm here because this was #1 on planet green's green skyscraper countdown. It actually has something like 17 wind turbines and solar panels on the roof of every floor.

  • @joshFcarlson I did´nt know that

  • Obviously, it's a time-lapse, did you see how slowly it was moving when it was from the inside?

  • theres like no way to get in or get out. LOL

  • lol wouldn't you get dizzy. and it'd be hard to go inside the building and outside because it's rotating. LOL

  • @AFiiiZZl3 it doesnt rotate too fast, its actually rather slow, but they sped it up in the video cause they wanted to show their point.

  • if you try to commit suicide by jumping off, you'll land a few stories down.

  • WoW!!!!

  • mindblowing i love it

  • so is the building actually changing shape? :/

Or is it just an illusion??

    Either way that's scary.... :O

  • @andres1000ish oh yes....crazy as fuck...

  • The Critical Architect gives this Two Thumbs Down. Read full review on: The Critical Architect . com

  • 3 things to point out:

    1) Wtf is there a car in the living room.

    2) If its going that fast, you'll be throughing up every 2 minutes

    3) sounds like its filmed in mordor

  • Why the fuck are they building it in Dubai?

  • @NewYorker1350 Because dubai is fucking beter then New York!!!

  • @counterstrikenoob101 We both know thats not true, New York City may not be the best city in the world, but its alot better than Dubai.

  • @NewYorker1350

New york is a piece of shit, enough said

  • @NewYorker1350 so you can eat your crotch while dying. They ought to build it in Dubai because the view is exponentially more beautiful than the one in New York.

  • @caliverri I suppose thats true, if they built it in NYC it would be covered by a ton buildings and NYC is crowded, so no one would be able to see it. But thats not my point, their are a ton of other cities that should have the Dynamic Tower, Dubai is like picking a 3 month year old baby out of a line up. Two that come into my head at the moment are LA or Sydney.

  • @NewYorker1350 They could build it there, but my best guess is that they won't. The reason for that is they actually have the money to build it. I have a question for you: why do you want it to be built in USA and cannot condone the fact that other countries are to be visited by tourists more that yours?

  • @caliverri Did I not just say Sydney? Which is in Australia? If the Dynamic Tower was to be a tourist attraction, I would actually rather it not be built in the US. But if it was buisness realated it can be build where the fuck they want it. I just found it a bit odd that out of all the cities in the world, its gonna be built in Dubai. Although I

  • @caliverri .....................am impressed that Dubai has broken a large number of world records.

  • is it real speed?

  • @MrNavyman53 you must be american

  • ARCILOOK.COM project management for architects

  • How does the elevator operate?? Do the buttons in the elevator come with the room number??

  • How are you even supposed to get in?

  • as an architectural engineer, I may say that this tower is bollocks, not an architecture! I've lived in uae for 6 years. so far it's entertaining architecture... unfortunately

  • @denysost i think it's architecture. it houses people, it's pretty much a cool building. it moves [and i guess that's both a good and a bad bonus]. i guess the definition of architecture is relative.

  • Very bad soundtrack choice - emotionally unsettling. Honestly, get a professional before releasing something like this into the world...

  • its moving to prevent a 9/11

  • now make this in minecraft :P

  • The Italian architect David Fisher's revolving skyscraper will be built in a factory in Italia I read & then transported to Dubai, the Italians are masters of innovative & beautiful works of art & design, it's in their blood.

  • For those who aren't particularly knowledgeble in architecture and have questions:

    1. This tower would not only generate its own power, but enough surplus to power a few nearby buildings as well.

    2. No, you wouldn't feel sick from the rotation.

    3. It should theoretically be cheaper to build since the parts are prefabricated then assembled at the site.

    4. These building would be very efficient in the summer and winter.

    5. Much safer to build than normal skyscrapers.

  • ppl atleast think smthin is diffrent here

  • I think I'll be sick

  • will this come to toronto canada

  • this building is being bild in brazil and will be finished in 2014 and in 2014 a new one will built in serbia in the new part of belgrade it will be the frist in europe.! :D

  • @TheD3JANO ne lozi se u srbiji su izbori sledece godine... :p

  • @1989WOX hhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaa

  • I think doors and elevators will be in the middle part witch is not moving.

  • Now the biggest question... Where the fuck is the door??

  • Sure, that will be built in the next 100 years. I dont why, but socialist and facsist architectecture just amaze me! They kinda bring out the look of Ancient Rome. The Memorial Palace and Juche Tower in North Korea, and Albert Speers Germania vision, they look amazing. And the Ancient Aztec Pyramids look great and are very stable. But seriously, this tower wont be built in a good 100-300 years. And probaly will never be attempted.

  • I've been ready for the future for so long. BRILLIANT! Only believe and ignore the skeptics (they're like wet blankets - no solutions - just critque). BRAVO!

  • That's fucking stupid

  • now that;s kitsch

  • where would the freaking door be? a different side of the building every 5 minutes???

  • It IS POSSIBLE to build this tower... elevator and/or staircase are located in the "core" which wont rotate... There will be apartments from 128 to 1200 square meters and they will cost from about 3.8 to 38mio dollars... :O A full 360^ turn of an apartment will take about 1 to 3 hours. :D

  • @kopellhinex Why did you comment on a form of goverment on a architecture presentation video? Anyway, if you arnt a fan of Capitalism, what do you see as stable type of goverment? Because its obviosly not Democracy.

  • one problem: explain how stairs and elevators will work...

  • Great Design!! But it's so imposible right???? O_O

  • Now this is what I am talking about!!!

  • bout 3 hits of acid in, boom, you got yourself a revolution.

  • dizzy much

  • You want to have a perfect timming if you don't want to miss the door..

  • What would be cool if they just made a structure that did this movement really fast. I would be fascinating to really see. It looks so amazing!!!

  • is it even built yet?

  • Sorry Oscar

  • David Fisher and Orcar Neimayer

    Waw!!!

  • freaking cool

  • I would like to have 0:55 - 1:02 as an animated wallpaper. Anyone know where I can get one? Google ain't helping me out today.

  • Once you sleep on that building you get headache.

  • fuck how can someone even imagine bout a rotating building.... all the best

  • Dubai is a beautiful place. Lived there for the first 11 years of my life. Now I live in Chicago. Chicago is also a beautiful place.

  • how much energy will it cost to rotate the fukin skyscraper?

  • @RolandsSmoked The tower is self sustained using solar and wind energy.

  • нихерасебе!!!!

  • why the hell does it have such an end-of-the-world music??

  • @MrMrAggouri Thats not end of world, thats STAR WARS!!!! were seeing Star War architecture come to life!!!

  • @MrMrAggouri

This building is only built for 1% of the world's population... that's why!

  • Expect tenants pinned down and crashed dead while trying to cross spinning walls.

  • Expect drunk tenants entering the wrong room and fucking the wrong wife.

  • @101ers77 A drunk tenant might end up sleeping in the corridor. The next day his crushed body was discovered.

  • @101ers77 The relative position of rooms or homes don't change.

  • It is crazy to think about far the architecture of buildings has come in just the last few years alone. And I love the intense music in this video!

  • what if i was was sleeping down there and the building started to push me

  • Yet another way of wasting electricity

  • @will300071 It actually SAVES electricity. Read the description.

This Dynamic Architecture building by David Fisher will be constantly in motion changing its shape. It will also generate electric energy for itself.

  • @SuperBlueberryIce yes but its would make more electricity if it wasnt spinning... although it is self sufficient - it could supply electricity if spinning was not a factor... it is still a waste of energy.

  • @will300071 "As it spins, there are about 48 wind turbines fitted between floors to produce energy for it and for all the other buildings around it. A solar panel is also situated on the roof that will also create the same pollution-free energy." The spinning is the reason it generates electricity, ans it spins because of the wind, not electricity. ".. the building will generate 10 times more energy than required to power it.." tinyurl(dot)com/44rvk7w and tinyurl(dot)com/3rd5g9k

  • @SuperBlueberryIce well screw me, i didnt think of wind power... i guess i just had trouble believing that something of such huge weight could spin and create electricity, truly a marvel... i apologize

  • that seems really unsafe and the people living inside would be anorexic after a week

  • i wouldn't like to live in such a house...it's freaking scary.

  • It started realistic, then the wind turbines became mini transformers and my reaction was "Yeah, fuck this"

  • Lift!!,How it's work??

  • What's the name this song?

  • อ้วกแตก ทั้งวัน

  • If the stairs move like Hogwarts, i'll go to live there. lol

  • It rotates 6 meters per minute. So, very slowly. It's not a thrill ride.

  • The music is rather unfitting.

  • the building is kinda scary... maybe because of the background music they used.. i feel like anytime it will collapse.. or something bad will happen.. o_0

  • i think the movement would be very slow and will not be felt too much by the people inside

  • 216 people tryed to use the elevator... going down.

  • I think I'd get dizzy

  • This is The best Building EVER ! OMG !

LIke this comment if u believe :)

  • should be pretty seasick

  • It's like something I would se In a final fantasy game

  • i love the design, but my question is how fast would it be spinning? cause i wouldnt want to be sick all the time in that thing

  • @salakast Amaximum of 20 ft per minute, or one full rotation in 90 minutes, so it'd be slow and relaxing.

  • Entering a lift or taking stairs must be a challenge. Like in old good Prince of Persia. At first you are cut in pieces, but after a while you master the technique.

  • love the music at 0:50 makes me think that the building is taking over the world -_-

  • Motion sickness

  • This is hardly new technology. There is a revolving tower/restaurant known as the Skylon Tower on the Canadian side of Niagra Falls. It completes a 360 degree rotation every hour. I went to the restaurant as a child in the 1980's. It was an unforgettable experience. Google "Skylon Tower" and it will come right up.

  • These designs got canceled, RIP dynamic architecture!

  • Aperture Science must have built it, it's made of panels!

  • That would be a wonderful place to live.

  • its like you see the earth rotating when you are in the room :)

  • Why would you need a car there?

  • this is completely out of this world and is a new revelation for the art of architecture- coming from a 17 year old.

  • love this stuff. michael banak

  • is this for real? :|

  • for those less inteligent: It will not spin that fast! it wil be almost unnoticable. Like one rotation an hour.

  • 215 people got hit by the edges while going to work.

  • and the point of that is?

  • it's just a dick waving contest

    ... not good architecture

  • how much does one meter square cost :P

  • I don't think they rotate that fast, but still this building is a reality! xD

  • Make you feel dizzy! ;D

  • This is not architecture this is bullshit.

It does not create anything but funkyness, which is useless and ugly.

  • Teleportation

  • if the bottom floor rotates how do you get in

  • owl city?

  • ?/////

  • SUBscribe 4 SUBsribe

  • what a waste

  • @mrwowlol ideed

  • so magnificent..omg

  • Actually the building wont rotate that fast, this is completely impossible and it would create such a awfull indoor climate for those who occupied it. As far as I know it will make complete circle for several hours and people inside will barely fell the difference of its movement... except the view of course =)

  • Building and Architecture companies should hire students directly to work for them.

  • A conversation in an offices on the 49th floor - "Thank you for coming to this interview. Your resume impresses us. First question we have for you: how are you with motion sickness?"

  • @DrunkenUFOPilot That's the first question that came to my mind

  • David Fisher, the lead architect on this has never built a highrise/skyscraper, this is merely a concept. The actual building will be nothing like this if it is ever , in fact, built.

  • what about somewher cool like the USA YAAAAAAAY

  • nice concept. i just think i'd get dizzy

  • porche in the building. I was surprised it wasn't batman's. how r they gonna take that out?

  • Quick question, are designing a badass building or taking over the world, because the music is pretty intense, world domination intense.

  • Dubai is located south of the Persian Gulf . Dubai was formally established in the early 19th century by the Al Abu Falasa clan of Bani Yas, and it remained under clan control when the United Kingdom assumed the protection of Dubai in 1892. but The modern emirate of Dubai was created after the UK left the area in 1971.

  • Bloody spell check!

  • Stunning design. I assume the electricity is generated through the movement of brushes on both the static centre structure and the moving floors. I'm not doubting it but I am struggling to see how it Gould use pure urge power of that motion as a solid generation tactic. They could possibly utilize the sun and combine the two?

  • so it looks cool, but its the most impractical thing i have ever seen

    1. how do u get electricity or water to the rooms that are moving

2 how do u keep matance on that thing

3 what if there is an earthquake with only one real structural support

4 what if there is wind 5 how would u not get sick on that thing 6... i could go on and on

  • BEAUTIFUL... MAGNIFICENT.... STUPENDOUS.... THE FUTURE... BETTER THAN PYRAMIDS...

  • 210 people are the window washer

  • @CircusFreakism 100,000,000 people have already used that joke, think of something new.

  • Why the music is so scary??)) Is it horror movie?

  • How the heck does it generate electricity? Is the whole building a giant wind turbine or something?

  • kinda looks fake but still cool

  • SHOULD HAVE PUT THIS AT GROUND ZERO

  • This is awesome, the future is here!

  • @Dizzy1612 LOL!!! This is not futuristic Architecture. This is nothing but FUNKY Architecture. Futuristic Architecture means buildings capable of surviving the rising seas and climatic changes caused by global warming.

  • This is awesome

  • ok if i saw that driving by i would be so tripped out like really holy crap man!

  • Nice vid, but the music shouldn't be so intense- ..its the type you play when you're trying to terrify someone, not if you're trying to entice them! lol

  • Good excuse to be late from school: "My house is spinning and i couldn't get out the door!"

  • Obviously the next target of Osama bin laden

  • It should be in another country.

  • In Dubai?oh men,they're bankrupt !

  • I'm just gonna go upstairs now... Just gotta time it right...

  • if you get motion sickness easily, dont move there!!!
