@chesendale Most marketing plans indirectly or passively make money. It's like the blogger who posts ads, yes he'll make money but only after you-the reader click on it. The same is true for coupons. Tweet ads IMMEDIATELY pays, but annoys your friends. On the other hand, if you blog along-side tweeting these plans work even better and your more likely to get sponsors. For example I get free books & gadgets. The moral of this video was more that spam gets you no where and good hard work does.

Absolutely but some of the tips you suggest aren't actually ways to monetize - at least not directly
