  • nice video but i dont think u have to let it sit for 1 hour... about 20 minutes is plenty of time to let everything blend

  • Fucking Fail.

  • its brusKEta

  • MMmmmmmmm.

  • Garlic is poorly used.

  • looks good, but you say 'go ahead' a lot. kinda reminds me of the boss from the movie Office Space, lol. Not a bad thing :)

  • Hey-- if you liked this post, you should check out WInston Justice of the Philadelphia Eagles and award-winning chef Matt Levin (just type in winston justice bruschetta). they're new to the media world-- you should leave some comments!

  • having just returned from a fabulouse holiday to Italy and eaten bruschetta everywhere from milan, rome to napoli and capri. I have to say this is not the Original Bruschetta recipe. There are NO cheese and Onions. The only ingredients are garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, basil and ofcourse salt and pepper.

  • we made brushetta in FCS class in my school, its SOO GOOD. like the best food in the world. i dont know where to buy some already made, and I dont know how to make them well i guess i do but we cant afford all that food.

  • omg expert village sucks

  • he does say it right

its the americans who say it wrong

  • I have to agree with streetlegend21. The correct pronunciation is like "brusketta". pronouncing it like "bru-sh-ketta" is the wrong pronunciation which is what I thought you were referring to as "american pronunciation" but the guy in the video indeed say it wrong.

  • he doesn't say "bruschetta" right

  • @streetlegend21 who fives half of a flying fuck?

  • @streetlegend21 yeah lol, that's "expert" village for you. The "experts" apparently can't even pronounce what they're trying to teach.

  • why is he saying a bread recipe is good for diabetic in the beginning of video?

  • garlic red onion basil oregeno salt pepper tomato olive oil a hint of balsamic and mozzerella (not melted) on bread thats been toasted with olive oil salt pepper

  • i make it the same way :) but without morzarella

  • Bread, Basil Pesto, Onions, Tomatoes, Bit of pepper, and bit of olive oil. Bam.

  • @farhannius AAHHHH Wrong Basil much be fresh not pesto. look it up in the real italian way

  • oh no...cheese on bruschetta...it wasn't even Parmigiano!

  • lol ummm... how much garlic? how much tomato? how much onions? cheese...?

  • hmm, by the looks of it it looks liek 1/4 cup of onion, and if u have shot glasses, a shot glass full of garlic and basil. the tomato u can just eyeball, my guess about a full tomato in this 1, cheese how ever much u really want. I love cheese so i think the more the better heh

  • Although there are many possible combination for bruschettas (basically it's toasted bread with toppings - you can use whatever you like). this is one of the worst bruschetta recipes I've ever seen. And I should know, I'm Italian an make bruschetta every other week!

  • LOL,look at his guy making it with the eyebrow piercing..wha does he know

  • i dont have diabetes but i think i'll try this anyway

  • you talk to fucking much

  • I can hardly agree with the cheese, but onions is just wrong! And garlic shouldn't be so darn much, Just gently rubbed on bread and not like the tomato just on there. THATS JUST WRONG!!

  • Onions are not wrong at all. Garlic should be in the mixture, maybe not as much as he said, but it still should be there.

  • hmmm i wont put it in the fridge for an hour!!! thats tooo long i guess

  • no serve it HOT HOT HOT..lol

  • why this??

  • Cuz cold brushetta has more juice that you dont want on your french bread. He really shouldnt keep it cold if he didnt toast the bread. Hes TERRIBLE

  • You never serve bruschetta hot. What the hell are you thinking?

Toast the bread, mix your bruschetta, let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour or two to allow the flavors to mix. Then top the bread.

However this guys' recipe is horrible. It may taste could, but its a blasphemy of the name bruschetta.

  • Best recipe video I have seen! Thank you so much! :-)

  • Great video! Very instructive :)

  • Onions?

  • Fuck Yeah, Onions!

  • Awesome! Let's eat!! :)

  • good show and easy to follow!

  • very helpful! thanks!

  • Good representation, clear speaking and helpful close-up filming.

  • wow that looks so good

  • No parsley? Looks good though. :)
