I'm just getting to watching your review, I agree it does help with moderate acne. Question, I have NO idea how many uses mine has.... ? LOL How do you find that out because I lost count.

***this is not a miracle product, but since this review, my updated opinion is that it reallly does decrease the size by the next day, which helps it heal and go away alot faster!

Well guys. LISTEN. If you have constant acne all the time and are constantly using the little one then yes, buy the big one. FOR ME personally and others with the same type of skin the smaller one is ideal. I only use it once in a while. Do whatever you guys want ! lol Im just reviewing the darn tthing.

The mini zeno is now 35 $ Not 130, I did save my money, I do not get alot of acne, but when I do this diminshes them without them even forming, Sorry for your negative out come or experience with one, but they do work for me and my friends. I already stated that it is not for people who experience alot of acne. IT DOES NOT BREAK AND IT HAS NOT WASTED ANY CYCLES. maybe you do not use it correctly. and once again ITS NOT 130 $ that is the big one.

ZENO HOT SPOT. breaks too easily and is cheaply made. too sensitive to touch. turns on unnecessarily and waste treatment cycles. and is too expensive to keep buying after treatments are done. the original zeno apparently doesn't charge after some time. at 130 bucks that's ridiculous. this co is a rip off. save ur money

@sajay7173 Be careful since this device might cause you a second degree burn..I used to work at Walgreens and I was getting weekly complaints of accidents involving major burns...DONT BUY IT...Wash your face with a good soap and plenty of water and problem solved....

You need to use it right when you feel a part of your skin becoming inflammed or showing redness. It will stop the bacteria from dev eloping by using high heat that does not scar. This is a personal experience and outcome. It worked for me.

if your skin gets red from this, squeeze a few eye drops on the area. it'll remove the redness on your skin just as it does in your eyes

i got the other mini at wal mart for only 30
