nope, no iPhone 3G unlock yet, jailbreak only.

Jailbreak allows you to use another app other than from the App Store.

Unlock allows you to use different carrier. ie. change sim card.

Hi, thx 4 the video, but i have a question. on step 6 (restore the iphone): before i click on restore, what i have to do? when i click restore, itunes will delete anything on my iphone, i can´t choose my own firmware. can u help me?

Hit the alt/option key which will let you browse for your custom firmware.

Yes it should work fine because you will restore to your custom firmware

i cant do anything on step 6.. i cant brose my own restore file , when i click on restore on itunes it does not open a broser to select the file it just goes and restore automaticlly

hitting no unlocks the phone, hitting yes keeps it locked (i think)

yeah hitting yes means you activated your phone through itunes and use att, hitting no means you didn't and want to unlock it
