  • its hard to sleep when your hungry and all you can think of is what your gonna eat in the morning.

    Also when eating a big meal makes your body work hard to digest it, so your body becomes tyerd from the energy used up to digest the food..... thats why after eating a big meal u feel like you cant do anything, or in some cases it makes you feel tyerd.

    I watched your other video and you said NOT to drink anything before going to bed because u wake up to go pee...............so whats with the milk???

  • Sugar is good about 30 minutes before bed... The HGI carbs are digested so fast that after that little high, you crash- hence sleeping better.

  • Serious? So like 2 tea spoonfuls of sugar in my drink 30 minutes before my tea might help? Or do I need much more than that?

    The stuff in milk that actually helps you sleep takes about 3 hours to work and there are tiny amounts of it in milk.

    Not eating meat will alow a faster digestion meaning better sleep so eating turkey would actually be bad idea...but fruit are good ideas

    icecream etc i eat all day literally and stop maybe at 10- 11pm

    dont go to bed till 3 am as of now this minute i have been up 23 hrs.

    bad bad for me i know i wnana sleep more.

    i slep 12 hrs a day

    the other day i slept 18 in one day thats crazy.

  • Some good things said by this fantastically enthusiastic lady. Turkey - yes. Warm milk - yes. (Tryptophan).

    Lemon balm tea is my tip, and self hypnosis and not having a partner that snores or inconsiderate housemates/next door neighbors. Also take exercise preferably not just before bed time. A small meal 30-45 mins before bed - e.g turkey on wholemeal bread with a glass of warm milk.

    Avoid stress/learn to deal with it properly!

  • u know i eat dinner like at 9.30pm or sometimes 10.00pm. and then i go to bed like 11.30pm
