  • pullovers are exercises mainly to develop the serratus anterior. if u do them with forearms extended (180°) u involve the pectoralis major more than needed cause the inertion is on the humerous (radiology.rsna.org/content/21­0/3/785/F1.small.gif). keep forearms and upper arm in 90° and close to ur ribcage for the whole range of motion. know where ur serratus anterior is b4 doing these exercises or simply search for 'steve reeves'...

  • @mihailimitlessHD it could be just because youre skinny, but if it sticks out its probably pectus carinatum, or pigeon chested. look it up. i have this too and its actually pretty common. thats why i started working out cuz i wanted to hide it. if you work hard and do some chest excersizes, it will become ALOT less noticable. i built up my pecs so now the bone is flush with my muscles. get to it! cover it up with manly muscles!

  • He says he feels is in his lats when he is doing the exercises. i feel it more on my shoulders, but nothing in the lats. Does anybody else experiences the same? I try to do it the same way he does it, but I feel nothing in the lats.

  • @69Punde I assume you can do it on a bench; as long as you can lower the dumbbell below your head, it should be fine :)

  • @zstephen1 No, cause then you would have to subtract the angle that the dumbbell creates and that would take about 20 to 40 degrees off of the range of motion.

  • Wow I've been doing this exercise with the shoulder going as far back to the ears and did feel really hard tension on my shoulders. One question, I do these on a flat bench using all these principals chest out legs apart and so on, is there a difference?

  • I wish I saw this sooner I did this exercise for 2 years no problem but a few weeks ago I dislocated my shoulder and now I have a reacuring dislocation and I have to be careful how I move my arm I saw my doctor but I hope it gets better

  • do u have any really effective workouts to build the inner chest? i have a minor case of pectus excavatum and my chest tends to build a lot more on the outside than the inside and it looks like my chest kind of caves in

  • Thanks for the video Scooby..one question, can the same exercise be done by resting the entire length of your back on a bench rather than just the delts?I have seen trainers asking to do it that way. Does a bench supporting the entier length your back make it less effective?

He offers a free service out of his own pocket for your benefit and you act up. 25 YEARS consistent lifting, you assume steriods because you attempted to pick up a dumbell and it ripped you in half, I have lifted under his principals for 2 years now and am a walking testament to his work ethic, thank you for everything scooby.

  • @Uprising36 umm, theres a good chance he does take steroids, because he has signs of what they called HGH gut. Not saying taking steroids makes it easy to get like he is, no he still worked his ass off.

  • @TheSagelessRanger It's commonly refered to as roid gut and gives the bodybuilder the profile of a pregnant women... he just has large abs. His website is filled with research, nutrition, form and even expectations you can have for natural lifting, with all that said steroid user? not likely. What is really the problem is the fact everyone assumes a muscular person is on steriods, is there own inhibition make them feel the need to belittle another persons achievements?

  • That squeeze the tennis ball thing is an excellent way to help perfect form while bench pressing too. You should always try to pull your shoulder blades together while doing reps on your back. It gives you a much more stable platform to work off of.
