Dragon armor is great the reason its rating is not high is because the light skill is not high and not many perks have been put in light armor skill i have done the same cause i prefer other perks than to put everything on armor and one or 2H weapon
I enchanted mine so that I have a 102% destruction cost reduced (can cast destruction spells for free) a 52% restoration cost reduction, 52% conjurgation cost reduction, and 26% resistance to fire and frost damage. Still looking for enchantments to use on my dragonscale gloves ATM. I have 100 enchanting so I can put 2 enchantments on 1 item. (I also have 100 destruction and conjuration). :)
@jecoharman the armor is the best armor after the dragon (heavy) armor. The armor rating depends on your armor skill. The enchantments depend on your enchanting (and alchemy potions) levels. I got it better with enchantments...but i don't need to improve light armor skill. I am mostly using a bow, and not engaging in close combats.
@jecoharman why should I ? And also, what would that give to the video? The purpose of the video is to show the appearance of the light dragon armor and the average rating with a normal skill. Yet, haters like you cannot resist from spitting crap about everything. go enjoy your wonderful enchanted armor which is way better than the one showed in the video and let me play in peace.
@jecoharman and by the way with the current abilities my armor easily reaches 500 (and I have no perks in light armor), thanks to smithing potions (through alchemy and found here and there)...and every piece is double enchanted (with 100% better enchantments + enchantment potions + other perks in enchantment which is now at 100). so yes, I know how to build a good armor, but again the video is just to show it, not to say how to build the best one.

@Th3Driv3r i dont remember....but now i can enchant the rings with the same power. enchantment turns very useful actually, the first perk is the most useful in my opinion
@MrBent22 well with the perk '15x more damage with one handed weapons while sneaking' you can do a lot of damage, plus you can enchant gauntlets with the bonus 'fortify one handed weapons'...after that you can kill pretty much ANYTHING with one hit while sneaking. other stealth: you can fortity pickpocket, and i think there is an enchantment for 'muffled movements' but i haven't learned it yet. As soon as you find a good item, learn its enchantment and re-enchant another one yourself!
@MrBent22 i don't think so. i couldn't disenchant the thief guild clothes...didn't try with the dark brotherhood but i think it didn't show up in my 'disenchant' list. Anyway there are different kinds of brotherhood vests. One will be given to you by Astrid in your second meeting (in the sanctuary). The other one is on the shelf on the right just where you meet Astrid in the sanctuary. They are a bit different, mixing the two suits gives best results.

i would just keep the mask because u can wear the dark brotherhood hoods with the mask at the same time the hood does 20 bow damage also

@31tweb no you can't. the mask is hood + mask. either you wear a hood, or you wear the mask (which includes its hood...) :(
