At the time there was only the one motor, driving that one bogie. The control may have been accidentally switched to forward running for a brief moment, or it may have been the only way to slow the pace as at that point I don't think there were any brakes. I'm not one of the builders but they've come a long way, it basically now awaits bodywork to complete. A rake of carriages are also on the way, to be christened 'BR Blue Pullman' (BR being the builders' initials), very smart they'll be too.

Nice chunky machine. Trying to make a oo9 model of the same prototype, looks like this way is a bit less fiddly!
