when u put concealer on your lips does it dry them out? do you still put carmex before applying the concealer cos i have dry lips and they tend to dry out easily..

yes. i let the carmex sit on my lips for awhile, then wipe most of it, and lastly apply a little concealer.

ummm if your face does not match your neck/chest area it will look a little strange. i just suggest to tan safely in the sun with some high spf
