It's a play on the refrain for the OP that this vid spoofs, which happens to be the ero-game Figure@Mate (where the refrain is "Gatcha Gatcha Gyu-tto Figyuatto". SatoxPika is the title of the webcomic, which refers to Satoshi (Ash) and Pikachuu. Biribiri can mean "rattling", though it can also mean "like an electric shock". Banaattomeito (Bana@Mate) is a play on words again, since the vid focuses on Fushigibana (AKA Venusaur).

Yes and no. Ash/Satoshi is portrayed as a masochistic pervert, while pikachu is a tsundere type that likes him but doesn't want to admit it. The only one really chasing after him is Red Gyarados, while Freezer (Articuno) likes bossing him around (relationship between a dominatrix and her submissive guy). On a funny side note, Brock/Takeshi has a similar relationship with Onyx, in that she bosses him around and demands that he call her "your majesty". He, like Satoshi, gladly does so.
