BRAVO! BRAVO!! Massine!!! The Great Massine holds his own quite Gracefully-especially considering his age(47) and the fact that most of the dancers onstage was at least 20 years younger than he... He was still quite a Beautiful Man; no wonder Diaghilev fell head over heels in Love... R.I.P. Leonide Massine.

I found out that the other Negulesco's short film, "Gay Parisian", based on Gaité Parisienne, by Offenbach, was released as a bonus, inside a special 3 disc edition of "The Maltese Falcon". Where can I find this short film "Spanish Fiesta", with the Ballets Russes de Montecarlo, including Massine and Toumanova ? Does the word "gaudiest", which you used, come from "Gaudi" ?

I have been looking for this for years. My father, Kazimir Kokich is standing stage right (left as you face screen) in the maroon vest, and knickers with the dark hair. I wish I could see the entire ballet film. Choura is at the end, with white head scarf

Is the rest of it posted? I have dreamed of seeing this for so many years. What a thrill, I have tears in my eyes. I recognized Danilova and Eglevsky. Who was the exquisitely beautiful dancer maybe with Franklin near the end? Was that Krassovska?

Please find some film of Stroganova. Patricia Dokoudovsky has a Swan Lake filmed in the Bois de Boulogne with Vladimir Dokoudovsky and Nina Stroganova and company.
