I have followed the instructions for refilling my own toners. Couple problems:
1. The toner continues to leak/fall out of the cartridge into the printer and get all over the paper. Even after cleaning it up, it happens again.
2. What are the clear, stiff pastic pieces at the edge of the roller? Did I do something wrong and "break" these?
Anyone can help?!??!
