If this is a real cartoon, it's a cheap knockoff. The magic sword effect I remember from Thundercats and He-man. The masks actually remind me of The Tick. And the cartoony turtles at the end... with the EXACT character of April O'Neil? WTF??? Don't tell me an anime company actually bought the rights to this! If so, it's an outrage!

Don't worry, it's not a new series; it was created in the 80's by a questionable anime studio.
Thankfully, they've lost the rights and this hideous thing hasn't ever been broadcast since the time of its creation.
