Cut back on government and return taxes to people and companies and private educational grants return, and that free market approach would improve education, instead of anti-market government grants that price education higher than most people can afford.

I say that we can't afford to have the federal government tax us so much that we can't compete in an international market, and then borrow even more money from China, so the federal government can produce jobs that are much less productive than private sector jobs. Real capitalism works very well. Not perfect, but by far the best system for providing for everyone. Not crony capitalism.

I agree with your stand on cruises. It's hard to relax with all of those nice young phillipinos and indonesians waiting on you hand and foot. As a working person, that makes me slightly uncomfortable too. On my cruise, I spoke with some of them . They make them sign up for 6 months tours of duty like they were in the military. And they pay them next to nothing.
