Dear DDsharper, thank you. Do you mean the concentration camp at Shark Island has reopened or the Herero are once again being driven to the Omaheke ? If only Hendrik Witbooi and Samuel Maharero had teamed up much earlier the history may have been very different. Can I recommend a book called the 'Kaisers Holocaust' to you ?
