lol convertin a video in HD (i use HD here because customize preset is only 640x480) it takes more minutes, i think DivX is better because convertin in HD is really short :D

Is your computer Vista? Check if at the top of the program. Is it a solid color bar with the name of the program or a clearish bar with the name of the program?
