Just so you know everyone, dollar store stuff isnt crappy stuff. For the cosmetics, the colors are just unpopular, or discontinued. So don't be fooled!

EVERYONE needs to get the LA Colors 12 Eye Shadow pallet in TRADITIONAL!! The colors are so "buttery" ;) && pigmented!:) Love them , It comes with 12 eye shadows for ONLY 1 Dollar!!

I just bought the LA Colors 'value pack'...

the ones with 10 colors.

all blues and greens... but I couldn't believe how vibrant they are!

they're just as good as mac, but only a buck. wow. definitely buying more soon. :)

How pigmented are these eye shadows?

@Cance251 Very the 5 metallic eyeshadow one is amazing. One swipe and you get a lot of color. I have never used M.A.C because in my country one eyeshadow from them would cost me 75 or more but I have read online that L.A colors are comparable to M.A.C. Hope this helps chica.

I just bought the urban one. Then i decided to come and see if anyone had done a review.

My skin tone is medium tan and the colors dont really show up very well by themselves. I did not but a primer on my eyes first so i'll have to try tat next time and see.

I have VERY sensitive skin so I will have to see if i have a reaction.

for my birthday my friend got a l.a. colors from the dollar store. i was wtf why did u get it from the dollar store why couldnt u get at wal mart or something. i was mad at her for a bit cause i thought she was too cheap. then i tried it on and it looked fantastic on it! its a bit irritating to my sensitive skin, though.

I have them and i us ehtem alot as long as you have a good base they last all day and they have very good pigments

I just bought two L.A Colors palettes from Dollar Tree...I was SO excited to try them...unfortunately I was disappointed :( I love my MAC pigments...Everyday Minerals eyeshadows and Coastal Scents 88 palettes...I threw the palettes away :(

I went to the King Dollar Store on Long Point and everything they sell is for $1.09. they also sell many other things that are brand named. I'm a regular shopper at this store and there items are great!!!

if there's a dollar general or dollar tree near you then that's most likely where you will find it. I just bought 5 of those LA Colors palettes (6 shadow and 12 shadow palettes) last week and i LOVE them all.

i have 4 different palettes of the 6 shadow ones and I love them. You just really have to have a good primer in my opinion or it comes off very quickly.

I have the six color pallette in Dreamy [mostly pinks] and it works awesomely. A lot of people think a cheap price means poor product, but L.A. Colors eyeshadow is the bomb, lol.

I have ALOT of LA color makeup. My favorite eyeshadow is the Red, Orange, and Yellow combo that has the brows with it. I wear it everyday and everyone loves how i do it. (I make it rainbowy=) )

i also have the urban one, and one in trendy, which is very similar to traditional... I also got a couple of the 6 e/s palettes, and honestly, I think that the color payoff is much better than the 12 palette!

I agree with your opinion on the "payoff" with the 6 eyeshadow palettes versus the 12. I like the value that you obviously get by buying more for less, but the vibrant and stand-out colors are only available in the 6 palettes. Thanks for sharing! =)
