  • they even have big-ass, rock and roll teeth.

  • think about it,,its fuckin killer,,lol

  • It was nice that Jay was allowed to step out from behind the drums and strut his stuff. Nice moves! And I still love the way Merrill sings. He should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame just for that. Thanks for posting this!

  • Man these guys sucked. But I love this song so much.

  • ROCK ON Bros!! Loved it as a kid and love it now.

  • loving it \m/

  • Where's the drummer? D:

  • @SoFarSoGoodSoWhat14

He didn't have time to hit his equipment because of another important and urgent activity...

  • @fecskefi So who is? No-one's sat at the drums

  • @SoFarSoGoodSoWhat14 The drummer was the lead singer.

  • This is my favorite Osmond brothers song, always has been and my 2nd favorite is Down by the Lazy River. Oh for the good old days once again.

  • Difficult at the time, as a young male teen, to "like a boy band, particularly an american one" - but I'll tell you what this is a "fabulous" rocking song....and I love (now, not then) those outfits and dances.

Did any Rock groups ever dare to cover this version? Certainly one of the best Osmonds non-weepie songs.

  • That drummer is playing so fast, I can't see him! Oh wait, he's not there...

  • That Bassist has one heckuva voice!!!

  • Showband for sure but this rocks. Thanx.

  • sorry peeps but this is awesome. makes me kinda Randy

  • so fun, makes me wana jump up and dance!

  • Love those pants!

  • @Avdunsta magic underpants.

  • Who playing bass? Is it Jimmy? : / Does anyone know?

  • @TheSuperWolowitz It's Merril Jimmy was still a wee boy then

  • @TheSuperWolowitz It's Merril. I think Jimmy was still a little kid

  • The awesomeness of this song is only matched by how fucking weird the Osmonds faces were.

  • I bought this in 72 along with Slades Goodbye t' Jane - still got them both. Great stuff !

  • choooon

  • @garr0r

    Can't be boring for decades

  • @fecskefi ehh?

  • Thats not Jay's voice singing lead..Its waynes..gotta be.wayne sang lead on 'Last Days" off of "the Plan" album..Compare that vocal to this...Same voice...Never could figure out why Jay sang this in concert instead of Wayne

  • @Ryezl

Do you think of the movement in the background?

  • @fecskefi i think its bludi spectacular, mate

  • @Ryezl

    Coolest moves ever i think!

  • Fantastic to see again after 38 years!

  • Fantastic to see again after 38 years!

  • @Khultan It was written by the 3 oldest members, Alan, Merrill and Wayne.

  • @fecskefi I'm very impressed, there's a message delivered through a heavy sound provided by the guitars and drums and enough pop to just even it all out. The only aversion that I have is the horn section, though that is rock'n'roll's original early incarnation, but used here it adds an unnecessary Las Vegas-type sound to it.

  • @fecskefi Actually, it's crass, the horn section in the early 70s.

  • Good music. Great quality. Thumps up.

  • Best song they ever wrote ...

  • Exceptionnel !!

  • Amazing song!
