Longbow I agree that England want their independence. Is someone in England got the guts to start an English National Party, I think they would do really well at next General Election. However don't make up some fancy name for this new party, just call the England National Party.

I just hope and pray that if Paw Broon in England declares a general election Before our Independence vote, that we dont see the usual ''oh no! we better vote Labour to keep the tories out '' mentality that has plagued Scottish politics for Generations, otherwise Curran will win back this seat!

That's Lesley Quinn, I think you're meaning? Not Mags? Lesley was maybe the 3rd or 4th choice. She is / was the General Secretary of the Labourite partay.

Free of each other? I don't think that's the line we're going for. We will still be neighbours, and not resentful of each other in any way. Independence will be about equality and not about power over other nations, as was the case under the union and the 'Great' days of Empire. It will be about the people's right to self determination.

I see us Scots working for independence, I don't see too much action from South of the border other than mouthing off that they want free of us Scots though.
How about the English get off their lazy arses and vote for an English National Party rather than the usual Lib-Lab-Tory unionists?
It is not just up to us to do all the hard work as usual.
