I actually had to stop and imagine a time when I did not believe in God or anything for that matter. @TruthPurposeLife mutations "add" information to a genome in the exact same way that re-organizing the basic alphabet into different orders forms hundreds even thousands of different words and languages. If by information you mean the amount of "data" within a genome then yes, information is added through duplication and errors that creates in the gene. You all can be walking fish. But we are no longer living in a survival of the fittest world. The haves win out over the have nots regardless of genetic makeup or physical advantage.
Some of the have nots can rise due to their superior abilities, but many cannot due to loss of opportunity via controlled environment. Physical and mental fitness are not being exhibited here.
We don't need additional mechanisms, the ones we have work just fine. As long as you understand them, which none of the creationists in this video does.
"Kind" is a meaningless term, the only important taxonomic level is species and we see speciation all the time.
