I do not agree with the French EMP. What about Icelandic surveillance bodies? What were they doing? They did not check because Icelandic banks were doing a lot of money before the crisis. It can't be only responsibility of the UK and the Netherlands, sorry, it doesn't make sense.

@IlGiglioNero It is the responsibility of the host country to monitor businesses based on their own turf.
