  • Yeah - old Hammonds are a lot of fun to noodle around on. I found out just recently that a lot of the original tunes were performed on the Spinet models - the L-100 and the M series. They're similar, but not identical to the B.

  • every fuckin cover i've heard gov't mule do so far just fuckin blew me away. god damn they're good!

  • IIRC, they did this song one other night during that run. I was there for the shows on the 29th (Los Lobos opening) and 30th.(North Mississippi All Stars) I think they did it the 29th and the joint went wild. Now that the Beacon has reopened after its renovation, they will be back this December.

  • you're right, this was on the 30th not the 31st, I was there both nighta and put the wrong date on this vid.

  • They did this too. My dad was there and said it was the highlight of the New Years Eve show that night

  • Now that's a fucking B-3.

  • I play guitar, drums, and bass and the B3 is my all-time favorite instrument!!! Right on!

  • I play guitar and bass. I wish I could play a B3 but I don't have one. My dad does though.

  • We have one at the studio I engineer at. I crank the old beast up when no one else is there and mess around a bit. That thing is LOUD!!!

  • Good for you, man.

  • great song but wasn't long enough

  • all time fav

  • Danny Louis can bring tears to your eyes on a B3 ... this clip is a prime example . Thanks for posting this Badhatharry ( wish you were able to film more ) . I've seen Mule too many times to count , but I've never seen them do W.S.O.P . Maybe someday .

  • CRANK UP THAT B-3...oh yeah!!!

  • that would be the Worcester palladium

  • Saw the Mule do this the very first time at the Worchester Palladium on 11/30/2006. It blew my mind to hear them play this great tune...Long Live Gov't Mule!

  • Great! Sound like their own song. Actually, they could write this song, but Procol Harum did it first. Love it!

  • Sweet
