We're searching for a place where we can live our lives in peaceful days. With no wars and no stealing. A place that isn't run by fear. A place where people can live and actually trust other human beings.
"Your faith is hopelessly obstinate, to actually believe the cracklings of a woman who speaks in idealistic terms that are worthless. I guess that kind of thinking is reasonable for someone who has lived for more than a century. But that... that way of life is pathetic, even comical... speaking in the same vein as bloodbrother1251 knives original question is never really answered there is no way to save the butterflys without letting the spiders die
@megapixzl I find it better that one spider is lost rather than the many butterflies it will eventually take. If a problem is to be solved in the interest of life on a grater scale, It hopefully would be a priority to conserve what was given.
@The13thRobo And whomever said you had to kill either? Wouldn't freeing the butterfly and taking the spider to eat something already dead would have both live.
Any ideas as to what key this song is in? I love it. A very nice representation of woodwinds in an anime. :3 I'm thinking about making an arrangement of this song because Trigun is awesome. It sounds like there is a flute, oboe, bassoon, and a clarinet in here. :3 Beautiful.
@Rezindez How can you compare Trigun go Naruto? Yes, I like Naruto, (mainly for Kakashi X3 ) but Trigun ended with such a conclusion both anime and Manga, that it brought tears to my eyes. Naruto is never ending with stupid filler episodes, and Ive lost track of the manga...oh, and by the way...
@Rezindez, something I've come to realize is that every anime holds a different amount of significance to different people. To some, Naruto is as big in the action satisfaction bar as Dragonball Z was to I, to some, Naruto had as much philosophy and life-questioning moments to equal Trigun. Just like the spiders and the butterflies, you can't feed one without starving the other, we can argue all we want, but all it amounts to is simply going outside our comfort zone. Everyone has a preference.
@Momentum139 You make a lot of sense. Every anime has its own personality and ideals that no other anime can really duplicate, and there are some people who will like what's expressed in one anime more than another, even if it is technically inferior. However, because of the many visible components of plot, any anime (or storyline in general) can realistically be analyzed for quality, i. e. in depth and character development, so it is possible to proclaim one anime is better than another.
@Rezindez, hmmm... I hadn't thought of it that way, I like the way you dictated that. That's an intriguing explanation ... I might have to apply that somewhere later in life, I think. Thanks.
@Momentum139 You're welcome. Just happy to be the one who gets to spread knowledge, which balances out my inferiority complex and makes me feel almost like a regular person.
@JetFire2012, and Naruto hasn't ended. So how can it bring tears to your eyes? You're also claiming that you only watch the anime, which I acknowledge is full of filler and useless side stories, its just this anime had a quicker conclusion so it seems to have struck a higher chord with you. I barely even like Naruto anymore, I'm just waiting for Naruto or Sasuke to bust out their new abilities and see who gets killed first, but that's just me. I can only extensively follow the anime.
1) I know Naruto hasnt ended. And I commented on that, and thats one of the reasons I have failed to continue on with the series. 2) Um, I meant TRIGUN had brought tears to my eyes. 3) And no, I read the manga of Naruto BEFORE I ever watched the anime, and still sometimes do. The Trigun anime I love and actually, I said I DONT like the ending to the Trigun anime, I love the MANGA ending. 3.) Wait...I have been completely lost at what you were trying to say to me in the first place.
@JetFire2012, well, I may have missed the point of what you were saying, or what someone else said here, but my guess was that someone had either said they liked Naruto (as it was brought into the conversation) and somebody else rebuffed them, but I'm saying that it doesn't matter ultimately, because the same nostalgia we get from Trigun is the same those who follow Naruto will get once their time/era has passed and something "worse" is on.
Also I love the ending, haven't read the manga yet.

@KODtheawsome LOL! Well, it's actually based on Yasuhro Nightow's pet cat. I think it appears randomly in the show just for fun, like a Where's Waldo kinda gag. So I guess you can say it's representative of laughter, because it always makes people laugh whenever they spot it, even during the darkest moments of the anime.
