  • Dumb american can't drive a stick.

  • i dont like you.

  • holy shit your going to blow your engine driving like that, wait for ever to get out of first

  • lol americans r pussies, drive so slow, obey the rules cuz afraid pigs gonna ticket them

  • what car did u have ?

  • Ferrari with a 20 dollar ricer stereo from WalMart. All of my rage.

  • @aarontheedge07 how u know it's a $20 one? you can get $500 ones just the same look almost...

  • @flinchey even if it's not, it looks like a cheap ass stereo, and what's worse, is it looks tacky as hell in that car

  • lmaoo

  • That engine should last him about 2 more days

  • He must be an american, judging by the speed he's going lol.

  • omfg change gear this is painful

  • i don't think thats a real ferrari at all. sounds like a 4 when he puts his foot down near the end.

  • and that kids is how u fuck up an engine, transmission, and everything in the middle...

  • like overstanding comment i would say 'how not to drive but to look like a complete idiot never driven a manual and tries getting on a ferrari as first try..'

  • poor ferrari

  • why put a Cd player in a Classic. You mad bro

  • you need a Ford Escort---not a Ferrari!!!

  • @MrPee1969 Ford Escorts are awesome cars done up! Dont diss the eskys.

    For Fiesta more like lol

  • this man never had a father.

  • this is idiot has a Ferrari wtf

  • WTF dude buy an Automatic!

  • i have read: low RPMs stress the drive-tran. Well, then permanently high RPMs including blocking wheels whilst shifting because of wrong gear-to-speed-ratio is better? ..... ooooookaaay .....

  • An even bigger fail than the fact that this retard is cruising around in 2nd gear, it that he doesn't know how to drive, is that he put a fucking gay ass aftermarket stereo in his Ferrari.

  • dont by a nice car if you keep it ramp everywhere you go its much quieter if you know how to drive.

  • This guy must be thinking "This is the slowest shifting automatic transmission I've ever driven!"

    Derp.

  • LOLOL cruising at the speed limit doing 8000 RPM

  • if he do like that on a CURVE, it will be the last one...

  • poor car

  • it sucks cause its a ferrari

  • first he doesn't know what he's driving, it's not like he's driving a honda. second, he has to shift or else he'll burn the gears very soon or will have to change transmission oil every 50,000 miles or so because of the high rpm's. third, it's not good specially for a car like this to be treated in such way.

  • im 16.. and i can drive that shit better then him.. rich faggots

  • Apparently you guys dont know that Ferrari's are better driven at higher RPM's. Its not good to run the engine at low RPM's and it causes stress on the drive-Tran. Sooooooo...............

  • change the fucking gears man! or don't drive at all!

  • how to f*ck the gears

  • Not a Ferrari look at the radio you think they gave it an aftermarket sony disc player ? ..... NO.

  • @alexxbru if you drive like this I wouldn't put it past him to do something that dastardly as well. but your probably something doesn't sound right here...

  • @JOLLYGREEN215 Im telling you 100% this is a kit car costing no more than 15,000 to make and maybe he is driving like this because he built the replica and he is testing gear and/or a broken gearbox/ clutch plate.

  • That's just shitty. I hope it was his first time driving.

  • That poor old Italian bird must be hurting from that. Poor thing.

  • oh yeah i go everywhere in second gear

  • FAIL and POS old car

  • @Mr0KKK0 Its a old ferrari definitely not a POS

  • omg rpmsssssss

  • it sounds like a gokart

  • fucking shit

  • my mom drive better than you

  • Riding around and driving with the power band.I see a trani guy doin alot of fixing.LOL

  • Shift gears you fucking heeb.

  • oh you must be talking about the quick tire spin.. I hear that going through a turn at 30 MPH

  • All I hear is a car screaming in agony! FML!

  • thing rides like a buick

  • anda caminando hermano

  • how can you put such a radio in a wonderful old ferrari??!!

  • @PyroHeiko alot of the stereos werent put in the ferrari's back then and if they were they went out pretty easily :/

  • this guy is all wallet no brains or driving skill...... shame on him for attempting to drive this car

  • the car is rented

  • Keeping that pure-bred race horse in its power-band!!!

  • Poor engine and one stupid driver, so sad...

  • Proper rev-matching and you are just fine!

  • He stears like a faget.

  • Don't treat that car like a CVT!

  • im 12 and i know that he let the clutch out to fast

  • did he do that on purpose? because he didnt really need to downshift anyway. he had enough revs to go through the corner.

  • My toes are still curled after watching this 0_0

  • thank god the video ended before I kicked the chair out from under me

  • this is what happens when duesch bags have too much money.

  • I think there was someone in the back seat with a chainsaw running for a bit of a deception.

  • drives like a ricer lol

  • fail!!

  • ur driving makes me cringe.

  • That was painfull, honestly learn to drive, old gearboxes are fine come to the uk all we have is manual.

  • soft

  • I will ignore that..... old gearboxes were notoriously harder than modern ones

  • he must be test driving it lol

  • guys look! its a ferrari, holy shit!

  • What a horrible driver, seriously learn to shift !

  • Nice driving Miss Daisy.

  • @stistage2 Look what kind of car it is, it redlines at 9k with a close ratio trans.

  • ~60 years old and you still don't know how to drive a manual? You're on par with my 21 year old girlfriend.

  • the car sounds very weird...

  • how not to drive..

  • Should be titled "how not to shift" sad amazing cars like these are owned by those who seem to know least about cars whatsoever.

  • Video should be named "Some rich ass with no driving skills"

  • Quite being a lazy fuck and shift

  • Why The hell Is rich Bastard Wrecking the engine, SHIFT UP YOU SHOW OFF!

  • OmG !

  • Noo! U cant put a new stereo at a old car! U cant!

  • @cobrakaitime no worries, that car came with an extra capacity turn signal fluid reservoir that counteracts backfires. His wobbulator shaft sounded iffy though.

  • old ferraris > new.....

  • cruddy driver

    that's all it is

  • my jaw droped....

  • well you are probably the worst driver iv see so far.....

  • gay gay gay

  • All i learnt from this video is you cant drive to save your life and when you got on the freeway you got overtaken by what looks like a toyota Prius lol

  • Pull over, get the fuck out of that car and go buy a minivan..

  • poor car:(

  • @imadethistowatchvide hahahahaha and the douche cobrakaitime above

  • That gokart has a radio

  • @yamadude1000 LOL! nice one

  • i drove a stick long enough that i kno ur leting ur rpms get to high u can really blow a pistin or blow ur intake

  • @244537676 I hope your kidding on the intake part... To much fast and the furious?

  • @244537676 yeah u dont want the rpms to go over the alternator's limit otherwise u might cause a back fire in your catalytic converter, and jam the injector in the brake pump. THEN you'd look like a douche

  • what a tard!! i really hope he not actually trying to drive

  • Smbody revoke his licenses...if he even has 1

  • start learn how to drive!

  • Fuck shift that son of bitch

  • 4000 rpm just rolling??

  • granny shiftin' not double clutchin' like you should

  • face and hands say it all scared of the car

  • ok, this guy is a really bad driver....why ferrari....it scares the crap out of me

  • i just come back to see the worst driver in the world

  • compression lock

  • Weird question but are you harrison ford?

  • what was the purpose of this video oh yeah to make fags argue

  • This engine sounds so nice!

  • hold on...you own a ferrari..and own a Flip camera?

  • its only a ferarri, just flatshift the pos..... who needs a clutch :)

  • @toadecks women need clutches

  • nice car, nothing wrong with downshifting providing you can do it properly.. you didnt match the rev right hence the slight jerk/skid action from the car... and to the top comment 'er1k' .. little bit wrong there buddy

  • @lilkapz thats common sense. what kind of idiot tries to downshift into 2nd going 50mph

  • @er1k93 evidently the driver of this video.. good point though lol

  • 288 gto?

  • haha you guys are fucking jackass's. why would you double clutch when you could TRIPLE CLUTCH

  • dis is shizer

  • True on any new car you don't need to double clutch, but at least rev matching properly prevents an unwanted weight shift while threshold braking into a corner. Especially useful on a car you try to brake deep into a corner with or trail brake. Trail braking and slamming down into 2nd will cause the rearend to loosen up and possibly kick out if you don't use finesse.

  • WAAAA DID YOU GO SECOND GEAR IN 50 MILES HA HA HA ...

  • Why did you post this boring video and make it public?

  • dude. you dont need to rev your engine that high when you're not gunning it. pick whatever gear you need that will make the car do what you want with the least amount of gas and stress on the engine. i thought people with manuals know this

  • @IronGumby I've been driving manuals for 20 years and I found that higher gear with ligher pedal to be better than lower gear and heavier pedal. Within reason, of course, I'm not puttering around in 1st at 35mph.

  • @Scruit Yeah, I'm in line with your thinking on that, but only if you're actually trying to accelerate. I have an Acura RSX Type S (2nd gen) with the 4.765 final drive gear, which makes the gearing so so short, so by the time you want to _cruise_ at 35-40mph, you're in 6th gear. I'm serious. I got the ECU reflashed and it has enough torque to do it even down to 30mph. But, like I said, all for in intended purpose in mind. If I wanted to accelerate from that 30mph, I'd downshift.

  • @Scruit If I wanted to accelerate from 35-40mph to 50mph and I didn't care how lazily/long I took to get there, I'd feather the throttle and get there without straining the engine. If I wanted to get there in no time flat, shoot... I'd use 2nd gear. I drive with the philosophy of, "Can I achieve this same acceleration in a higher gear with less gas with no more strain on the engine?" If acceleration is zero, or close to nil, higher gear it is. No point in wasting gas, I say. Cheers.

  • @Scruit Wait... (YouTube is putting the newest comments at the top, BTW). You said two opposite things. I thought I read that you recommended a lower gear when possible because of what you said at the end. But what you said at the end doesn't line up with what you said at the beginning, which when I reread now, _is_ what I would agree with (the beginning, that is). Anyways, please, I appreciate your insight. I've been driving stick for 14 years, but have only learned a lot in last 3.

  • Is it me or should this asshole maybe up shift? Sounds like he's driving at about 6000 rpm's

  • you drive on the wrong side of the road :/

  • sweet rev match dude, dumbass.

    nice car though

  • one question why ruin that car by putting in aftermarket stereo head unit

  • double clutching is stupid and is maily for synchroless transmissions. If he heel-toe'd proper, the tires would not have barked. The point of heel-toe is to apply brakes and downshift without upsetting the attitude of a car in a corner. Had he been driving more aggressively, he could have had some oversteer to deal with because of that "scratch"

  • why you all make so a trouble about shifting ? in german every grandma can shift ... heel toe ... and double clutch you dont need on the street ....

  • 8 people think they can drive truck's....... LOL

  • Watching the redbar slowly catching up to the grey bar, on my screen, is more entertaining than this.

  • is this a 328 or 308?

  • stop hatin on each other. this guy put that cd player in a classic lets hate on him

  • Its almost like he forgot that he has to shift..Or can't hear his engine revving up those high RPMs. Funny guy.

  • It kills me when fucking idiots make comments like "Wow learn to double clutch and heel to toe". That shit is fucking useless unless you're driving an old bus made in like fucking 1960.

  • @er1k93 not nesseraly back the it wouldent go into gear with out grinding now it will go in to gear with out double clutching... but more moderin 5 speeds or what ever your driveing it still helps match highway speed to road spped to transmisson speed and it ups your tranny life.

  • @er1k93 I actually do drive an old bus made in the 60s, no fancy moves required.

  • @er1k93 Double clutching on down shifts on alot of cars and trucks keeps stress off of the transmissions syncros. More so on the higher rpm downshifts. Is it absolutely required? No, but does it save you syncros and remove stress from the tranny? Yes it does. Now if you ever see someone doubleclutch on an up shift, feel free to call them a moron....becuase that really makes no sense.

  • @SaGalv Just dont drop down into 2nd gear going 50mph and you're fine.

  • @SaGalv I learned to heel toe very soon after I started driving, it became a habit and I basically always do it.

  • @SaGalv Double clutching is to rev match with the clutch engaged. On a push style clutch, which is in 99.9% of all synchronized automotive transmissions(different in heavy duty,) when you engage the clutch pedal, you're shoving the crank shaft into the thrust washers. By double clutching on a downshift, you're avoiding revving on the thrust washers. You can save the synchronizers by rev matching alone. On an upshift, with a light flywheel, double clutching is to save the synros by rev matching.

  • @Ub3rNo0ber good point

  • @SaGalv Doesn't even need to be a double clutch, just match the revs to the wheels to stop lockup and catastrophic damage to internals and or smashing the vehicle

  • @inmaliceswake So what your saying is, if i wanted to shift down to a lower gear I should push the clutch down, rev match the engine WITH the clutch still depressed, and then go to the next lower gear and release it? I cant really see how that helps the transmission...when the point of double clutching is to match the transmissions input shaft to the speed of the next gear your going to. Some trucks I had would not even go to the next lower gear unless I did this

  • @SaGalv There shouldn't be any stress if you're driving the car like it's supposed to.

  • @SaGalv I have to double clutch on upshifts once in a while when I'm racing otherwise the sychros aren't quick enough to keep gears from grinding. 1st to 2nd is the worst.

  • @SaGalv Your a goddam stooge. Double clutching does nothing. Ever. Go back to school.

  • @SaGalv, unless your driving a turbo and cant shift fast enough to stay on boost lol

  • @SaGalv actually it does make a little sense, i had a car that had worn selectors in 2nd and 3rd gear, and if you didnt double clutch from 2nd to 3rd the gears would crunch, but as for gaining a quicker shift time, it is a total waste of time.

  • @er1k93 heel toe is still useful

  • @joshuamoore89 explain where heel to toe would be useful in a daily driver.

  • @er1k93 When driving in other countries that don't have such strict driving laws. I heel toe everyday.

  • @joshuamoore89 but explain how that helps?

  • @er1k93 double clutching would be, but not heel n toe.

  • @Infernostar18 explain how double clutching a synchronized gearbox is useful.

  • @er1k93 Save the synchros?

  • @er1k93 uhh... its not? unless you have synchro's that are chewed to hell and wont shift normally, like my mazda protege.

  • Comment removed

  • @er1k93 Agreed with the double clutching, not so much on the heel and toeing part.

  • @er1k93 THANK YOU

  • @er1k93

Yeah learning to heel-toe down shift is for sures useless. This video showed a perfect down shift. Lol *Sarcasm*
