  • Our dog has similar. Could not afford Flea control 3 months and he did not have one. Fed him a diet dog food he had one. Stopped food a week none, gave it to him and he had one. Applied another kind of flea control tonight, he had one about 8 hours later. Had none in weeks. We are thinking it is a preservative being used. I personally have allergies to certain preservatives. Stinks companies do not often list preservatives, Prayers you can figure out what causes them and hopefully eliminate it.

  • None of this stuff works for any type of seizure. The brain cannot process sensations well enough to actually respond like she is saying. It is more likely the reaction is coincidence.

  • What kind of dog is that?

  • I do a similar thing...I have a Volpino (cousin to the Pomeranian) so she is a small dog compared to yours. I get down on my belly I hold her head & I tell her "Ur so pretty, ur doing such a great job! Keep eyes on me mama is here, its ok ur ok" over & over. I notice that if I when I stop talking her eyes go lazy & when I'm focused on her & our eyes are locked she seems a little calmer through the episode. Her episodes started 10 months after I adopted her. I had no idea what was happening!

  • Your dog is so fresh and so clean clean.

  • Nawwwwwww

  • Thank you for this video. My golden retriever has had 3-4 episodes. The first time it happened, we thought it was just muscle stress from too much exercise. But after the 3rd time we started getting worried. They are far apart, the 4 episodes happened over the course of 2 years, but the last two were only a few months apart.

  • My dog had one for the first time today and a violent one. Although I was at work when he had did, my mother told me all about what happened and he is now at the vets. After watching the other videos, I could just picture his with the description she gave me and the videos. I have read pages of it now because I am so worried about him as I wait to hear from the vet. I read not to touch the dog during, but I will give this a shot if this continues which it looks like it will. Thank u for sharing.

  • @AlphaOmegaOutcast he should be fine. Some of my pets have had seizures. I know it's REALLY scary but once it's over just let them rest with fresh air and some loving. :) I hope your dog feels better soon <3

  • Hes so fucking cutee :) you are the perfect owner for that dog you treat him like its your kid its so sweet

  • What a lovely dog you have! Such a suck! hehe

  • WHat kind of a dog is Bo?? He's awesome!! :)

  • @iwutube Bo is from a shelter, the Washington Animal Rescue League, so not sure of his breed. Definately part Samoyed and may be part Maremma Sheepdog.

  • My dog had seizure 10 min. agow it whas the first time...I watched videos but my dog acted not like in those videos. My dog whas hiting her head and she was falling it whas Horable

  • i actually have alwayss done that to my dog, since the first time hes had a seizure, i used to always get scared and just felt that i had to hold him and make him feel that no matter what i am there for my dog and he will be ok. everytime hes has one he automatically tries o come to me because he knows he needs me. and it does work, hes always relaxed and that seems to make it go away. love makes a huge impact...

  • I NO BO!

  • Try herbal supplements, this helps recover quicker after a seizure.

It would be nice if you could get a video of you doing your technique when it does happen.

  • Thank you, I will try that next time Buddy has a seizure. Buddy had 2 seizures back to back 2 weeks ago, which scared me because I thought I was going to lose him. I've since added cabbage carrots and apples to Buddy's diet. So far so good.

  • I have a mini poodle who also has Epilepsy.. She was having allot of twitching last night and could just tell something was wrong and she went into a seizure. She was sitting on me.. and for us, if we get her to relax her head can lessen how severe it is. My doggy always clusters and it breaks my heart. BUt, I also have seizures and she's always there for me too! SO, I wish dogs knew a way to stop a human seizure! lol
