@JuddCaster No, it may never happen but it should happen. Hate crimes shod end but it will never happen. A lot of things are very right but will never come to be bc humans are fallible creatures...that doesn't mean we can't see whats right or wrong for what it truly is.
@JuddCaster The law is, rape is a criminal act. It would be quite beside the point to argue that a rape is wrong just bc it is a law. Men and women are not the same but to give a monster a shorter sentence than another monster who had commuted the same crime would just b/c they are a female, would be the same as saying that women are not as Intelligent or just too plain stupid to avoid commuting the same offense a male would.
@JuddCaster You make the misguided broad assumption that a female child will have found her experience as a detriment to her and that a male child will not, based on broad stereotypes. Thank God this is not how our law is systemized. I just listened to an older man say he wished his 1st sexual experiences were meaningful to him. No one, man or woman, has the right to take that choice away from a child. Period. They both deserve the books thrown at them harshly.
@ladyEulaelie But biology supports my reasoning. A female has more to lose when she accepts sex because she holds the risk of getting pregnant. A male, on the other hand is motivated to spread his DNA to as many women as are willing(or not). This is why women are generally coy and more sexually reserved than men. Are you sure you're not the feminist here? These are pretty basic concepts.
So a man who rapes a woman just past menopause shouldn't get the same sentence for raping a fertile woman? Think about what you said and how many situations where justisce would not be served. The criminal's gender should judge how deserving of punishment their crime is. That is gender discrimination.
If a gay man cries on the news about rape, I bet you wouldn't evaluate how punishable the crime is on the fact he is not able to be impregnated.
Why would you conclude that I'm a feminist when I do not support women getting away with crimes they wouldn't have other wise if they were males.
I don't think women and men are the same. We are different, but those differences are not indicators of inability to be held accountable for one's actions. If a woman robs a bank, rapes, or breaks the law in any form, her gender should not play any role in how she is persecuted.
@ladyEulaelie So now you're trying to argue that a law is justified because it exists? Men and women are NOT the same, so equal treatment in circumstances like this would be a bad idea. Of course our culture is too politically correct to treat men and women differently, so it'll never happen officially,.
The only point I disagree with you on is that females should be punished just as harshly as males for having sex with underage teens. Females are just more vulnerable, emotionally and physically, and the act holds more risk for the young female than the young male. Men and women are NOT the same, so holding the same standards for different genders isn't appropriate in sex cases. Plus society itself congratulates guys who lose their virginity early and looks down on women who do the same
@ShriekoftheVulture3 No, I believe girls do "mature" faster in a way because they get attention from older guys from about age 12 on, whereas young males rarely receive that sort of attention from older females. Plus girls are inherently more social, so they end up becoming part of the older crowd they hang out with. And why do you say "admit" like I'd have any reason to not want to believe that? I hope you don't think I'm some sort of feminist.
These women who "seduced" boys into sex w/ them were the vulnerable ones, not the kids they lured into their perversion? Vulnerable means, to be likely subjected to harm. What a misplacement of labels, such as "vulnerable" on a pervert, adult, sexual predators, instead of on the minors they prey upon. Women want equal treatment, just not when they have to be accountable for something they've done. We may not socially be shamed the same, but deserve the same punishment as males.
@ladyEulaelie I was referring to young females being more vulnerable to male "sexual predators". And I never said I supported equal treatment. I made it very clear that I believe the differences between the genders mean that the laws should treat them differently. You guys can stop using your broad canned arguments you save for feminists against me. I'm not a feminist in any way and most of that shit you accuse me of doesn't apply to me.
@JuddCaster Like you said, you don't support equal treatment between men & women when they commit sex crimes. It's like you hold a stereotypical concept that a crime committed against a male, is not as severe as a crime done against a female.
Should a robber receive a greater punishment for steeling from a person of higher profile in your community; a person more vulnerable to theft, then if he stole the exact measure of monetary value from you? It just doesn't make any sense.
@ladyEulaelie "It's like you hold a stereotypical concept that a crime committed against a male, is not as severe as a crime done against a female." Again with the misguided broad assumptions about where I stand on these issues. Men don't value their virginity as much as women do, and actually value LOSING their virginity. So in a way female "sex predators" are helping these teen boys by giving them something to brag to their friends about. Where a teen girl may feel regret.
"I was referring to young females being more vulnerable to male "sexual predators". "
That is also a bit of an ambiguous statement and ppl can go different directions with it. It says nothing if males are more vulnerable to female predators or the different reversals of comparisons of males to males, females to females....it just kinda leaves you hanging and either way you take it, open to unfairly singling out males and females.
@agent0sephiroth There are indeed male and female victims of rape that are afraid to come forward. But this is not relevant to FALSE accusers. A false accuser is guilty of a crime that has nothing to do with rape. It is a crime by itself and bears no relevance to the crime of rape or to victims of rape. All false accusers should be punished for the crime of making a false allegation.
@gromtkn I suggest you should take your own advise. I even said in my first comment that unless a man is drugged it is very difficult if not physically impossible for a woman to rape a man. I never said it could never happen. It was just a simple statement. Either you have the reading comphrension of a 2nd grader, or you are just bored and want to argue with me for no reason. Take your pick.
@Zain844 You say this because you have a female-centric understanding of rape. See the "Child Abuse" films on this channel, along with "Paternity Fraud", "Fathers' Rights" and the upcoming video called "Irresponsible Mothers".
@manwomanmyth I said it's ALMOST physically impossible, I never said it could NEVER happen. Simon talks about how he kept saying no to a woman and they ended up having sex anyway he then laughs about it, Am I suppose to feel sorry for this man? He certainly doesnt act like a victiim, he's laughing. I am pretty sure he was physically stronger then her, If he really didnt want to have sex he could have easily pushed her off of him and left.
@Zain844 This is my last reply to you on this because I don't think you understand the topic under discussion.
The films are clear enough. The interviewee Simon was clear enough. The point is not to do with strength or even whether or not he was raped, it was to do with the simple fact that under our current definitions of rape, that can land a man in prison, he could have legitimately CLAIMED rape. As you imply, the claim would be laughable, just like the majority of similar female rape claims.
@manwomanmyth and you clearly did not understand my point.
i said it's ALMOST physically impossible for a woman to rape a FULL GROWN MALE ADULT not a male child an ADULT for the simple fact that in 99% of cases the woman is physically weaker and can not overpowered him.
You cannot fight ignorance with even more ignorance.
@Zain844 Well, I've decided to reply again. I neither want nor need your respect. It's not that you have a different opinion to me, rather I don't think you have an opinion at all, at least not one that's relevant to the film.
You made an ignorant statement for no useful purpose and I called you on it. I was disparaging because my tolerance for irrelevance and time-wasting is low.
Anyway, whilst I am cool with "disagreement", forgive me if I choose not to be lectured on my own channel. Goodbye.
@manwomanmyth I like alot your videos because these are things as a young male I did not see ever discussed. As a young man you are taught by the media like your said videos worthless meaningless less then females. To a certain degree males are supposed to risk life and limb to protect and others. But to be constantly belittled used as death objects. Dehumanized with gender neutral terms. to be force feed woman can be everything that makes you man, but even better then you can.
@Zain844 the point is when a man "gives in" it's his own decision, but when a woman "gives in" she can always change her mind and say she was raped the next day
@manwomanmyth Sorry,as I suspected, I misunderstood. However can you please clarify a bit?In the video, you say that real rape is a horrible crime. And I agree. But right after that you put two slides that supports castration. So it confused me and I thought you are recommending castration as a punishment. If that is not what you mean, can you please explain that part. Also it is possible that real rapists do their crime because they hate young women in particular. (sex AND power involved)
@varrrr The pictures show the strength of peoples feelings to the crime of rape. As for why rape happens, remember it affects men AND women and I imagine there are all sorts of reasons for it.
I believe all these problems are caused by two factors
1>A warped and distorted view of sex.Something otherwise beautiful has become a hysteria.
2>The other reason-I believe is people's and especially women's vindictiveness. It seems nobody can forgive any more or have some empathy.Unreasonable expectations are causing this.
I like your videos. You seem to have some good points. But there was one thing that I found rather disturbing.Do you believe that "real" rapists really deserve to die or castrated as your video slides seem to suggest?IMO no crime deserves death or castration,at least not without one warning first and forgiving once first.(Personally I view castration as worse than or at least equal to death penalty).
Also, could "real" rape be really about violence, compared to "reported" fake rapes?
Yes I know this is a bit harsh and I am not condoning this. What if the punishment for lying about rape was actual rape? Whilst being yelled at. THANKS TO YOU THIS HAS HAPPENED TO SOME OTHER POOR WOMAN SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD!! (like with false 999 / 911 calls)
Yep, even other prisoners hate rapists and child molesters. They aren't liable to live very long. Odd; I thought men condoned or were indifferent to women being raped. But it says a lot that even hardened criminals despise them.
Even though I'm young, I've talked to quite a few women, usually on here. Some of them are rational, women who believe in complete equality, not just what the feminists are currently pushing for. And I've known women that are absolutely nuts! There's someone I know who had her breast touched by an idiot, and she considered that rape. Personally, I find it insulting to women and men who have really suffered through it.
Lady gets drunk has sex with a man. She later regrets it and accuses a man of rape. That same women gets drunk and gets in a car and into a horrible accident that kills a child. She goes to jail.
How can she not take responsibility in one situation and then later take the responsibility in the other situation.
Sex can not being traumatizing to the boy? It is when the boy has to pay child support if he gets raped by an adult woman and she ends up pregnant. I can see having to get a part time job while you go to school to pay your rapist hurting you psychologically
@spots2012 Not too many. The material goes directly against Feminism's main planks of support and so makes for very uncomfortable viewing for the average Feminist. Think Kryptonite and Superman.
In addition, I don't generally allow misandry in comments on the channel and Feminists, by definition, are typically incapable or presenting arguments that are not based on male hatred.
Hello I am a feminist, Which the word feminist also is chucked around incorrectly the definition of feminist is not more power for a women but equal right for both sexes... for example I disagree that when a couple split up with kids that the child automatically goes to the women it should be in the child's best interest.
To think that as a feminist I am seen as a man hater is an insult to what I believe in read some books about REAL feminism not posers
@vampspikess "The child's best interest" is simply a Feminist -inspired mantra used to deny fathers access to their children. The child's "best interest" near universally means the child goes to the mother and the father gets to pay child support whilst never seeing his child.
If you feel insulted by being considered a man hater for being a Feminist, then you are deluding yourself. There is no REAL Feminism, that's a poor attempt to distance yourself from what you probably know is true.
A sentence of 6 months for the average unfounded allegation of rape is sufficient, I believe.
If the accused has been subjected to the penal system for any period of time - be it an hour, a day, or a year - then the accuser should be given a prison term of anything up to 5 years (or the exact prison sentence the accused was given, if longer).
As with all laws, this should apply to men & women (even though men don't throw around rape accusations).
Through-out most of world history women/girls tended to get married at anywhere from 12-15, and it didn't seem to cause them much problem.
it's really about the standard that a given society takes. Here ion the modern West its 16-18. That's fine, but let's not pretend that that's based on any real biological/psychological basis.
@Vebinz You're right that age of consent, marriage traditions and other customs vary around the world and I think, even between US states. Within our culture, Feminism has been such a corrupting influence that our society has become hysterical regarding sex and vicious in it's attempts to malign men, particularly around sexual behaviour.
These films only concern themselves with analysing how things ARE, with men targeted and boys unprotected, rather than the why's and wherefore's of it all.
His responsibility if he gets an erection? So by the same logic one could say that if a girl gets wet while being raped then its her responsibility right? So much for equality. Just think about this, unless the rapist brought some sort of lubricant she has to be wet otherwise its nearly impossible and even painful to penetrate a woman, so one could argue that, in most cases, rape never even happened that is if we use the failed feminists logic.
If the child is under the age of 16 its abuse. 10:20 Its considered abuse because the child whether it be a boy or a girl is not mentally mature enough to handle a sexual relationship with an adult. In other words, the adult is taking advantage of the child regardless whether the perpetrator is male or female.
my brother was accused of sexual assault (when he was 14!) They police looked at case in within 10 minuets the woman was branded a liar and he was let go. Some police are really smart and he told us that whenever he hears about rape especially with teenagers he pretty much automatically assumes the woman is a liar because of how many cases he had of that beign the case. From the way he said it is still looks into it but there were so man inconsities in the illeged rape.
I'm watching this and so far I agree with a lot of the statements made, although some I disagree with but saying rapes in a long term relationship should be treated as 'froth and bubble' is completely ridiculous to me whether they are violent or not, if someone is raped by a long term spouse it should be treated just as seriously as if they are raped by someone they are not familliar with, the act does not change depending on how well you know your rapist.
@ScouseCaspaXS I think the real problem is the way the terms "rape" and "rapist" are wildly over-used and often misapplied to behaviours that simply don't qualify as rape. Where a rape occurs ,it should be treated accordingly. Where a rape DOESN'T occur, it should also be treated accordingly, an example being the story cited in that part of the film. The definition of "Rape" has been broadened by the abuse industry to the extent that virtually all men at some point could be branded as "rapists".
I completely agree with you, I just don't agree that any rape should be treated as 'froth and bubble' as he said, I also believe that men who are accused of rape should be granted anonimity until it is proven without a shadow of a doubt that they are infact rapists.
@ScouseCaspaXS Well, I don't see how you can "completely" agree with me and then say that no (alleged) rape should be treated as "froth and bubble". The case of the fiance "rapist" is a case in point. That was the sort of nonsensical case AH suggests should be dismissed out of hand. To my mind, he is distinguishing between genuine rape and unwanted sex in a relationship. Very big difference. The bar for "rape" is set too low and it's a shallow pretense that it's to do with protecting women.
Excuse me I am slightly drunk right now and not making the most sense, when I heard what he said I interpreted it as him saying that rape accusations against spouses should be treated as 'froth or bubble' or unless they are violent but I could be wrong.
@hedleypanama Some women certainly do get jailed for false rape allegations. However, it is too few, the sentences are too light and the crime for which they are sentenced is not the crime against the MAN. Rather, it's a crime against the court (perjury), or wasting police time, or filing a false report etc. The MAN is screwed-over regardless because it's the ACCUSATION that does the damage to him. For HIM, it can be small comfort if she is proved a liar and gets a short jail-sentence.
@manwomanmyth I am wondering about the non-guilty or innocence presumption unless proven otherwise. I understand that it does not happen, but why is HE always the "devil"?
I also know about a man who refuse to go have sex with a minor and she accused of rape: does it make any sense?
In Ohio, they had a gross miscarriage of justice when a woman who was found guilty of statutory rape with a boy sued that boy for child support and won.
It's because of the misandric view that all men always want sex regardless of circumstances and that they "obviously" want it if they get hard even though you can't control that automatic biological response. It plays into the aphorism that men want sex more than women.
It's been PROVEN that women self-lubricate and even orgasm during rapes but that is never used as some sort of proof that they "wanted it."
1:53 This woman can indeed go fuck herself. Even when the man had nothing to do with what he was accused of, it's still his fault, unbelievable.

TimpBizkit 1 year ago
Yep, even other prisoners hate rapists and child molesters. They aren't liable to live very long. Odd; I thought men condoned or were indifferent to women being raped. But it says a lot that even hardened criminals despise them.

Even though I'm young, I've talked to quite a few women, usually on here. Some of them are rational, women who believe in complete equality, not just what the feminists are currently pushing for. And I've known women that are absolutely nuts! There's someone I know who had her breast touched by an idiot, and she considered that rape. Personally, I find it insulting to women and men who have really suffered through it.
DanPhantom89 1 year ago
I've awoke on many occasion getting laid. Wasn't rape but shouldn't consent come before starting sex?

Lady gets drunk has sex with a man. She later regrets it and accuses a man of rape. That same women gets drunk and gets in a car and into a horrible accident that kills a child. She goes to jail.
How can she not take responsibility in one situation and then later take the responsibility in the other situation.
Daniel44125 1 year ago
if boys are responsible for having an erection, then women are responsible for having cramps.
realtalk897 1 year ago 3
Sex can not being traumatizing to the boy? It is when the boy has to pay child support if he gets raped by an adult woman and she ends up pregnant. I can see having to get a part time job while you go to school to pay your rapist hurting you psychologically

Hey - do you get many feminists commenting on your videos? I don't see them much. I would love to see a feminist reply to this.
spots2012 1 year ago
@spots2012 Not too many. The material goes directly against Feminism's main planks of support and so makes for very uncomfortable viewing for the average Feminist. Think Kryptonite and Superman.
In addition, I don't generally allow misandry in comments on the channel and Feminists, by definition, are typically incapable or presenting arguments that are not based on male hatred.
manwomanmyth 1 year ago
@spots2012
Hello I am a feminist, Which the word feminist also is chucked around incorrectly the definition of feminist is not more power for a women but equal right for both sexes... for example I disagree that when a couple split up with kids that the child automatically goes to the women it should be in the child's best interest.
To think that as a feminist I am seen as a man hater is an insult to what I believe in read some books about REAL feminism not posers
vampspikess 1 year ago

@dystopianlover lol subject to the penal system, boy am I immature today ;-)

I don't know about the "under 16" logic.
Vebinz 1 year ago
@Vebinz You're right that age of consent, marriage traditions and other customs vary around the world and I think, even between US states. Within our culture, Feminism has been such a corrupting influence that our society has become hysterical regarding sex and vicious in it's attempts to malign men, particularly around sexual behaviour.
These films only concern themselves with analysing how things ARE, with men targeted and boys unprotected, rather than the why's and wherefore's of it all.
manwomanmyth 1 year ago
His responsibility if he gets an erection? So by the same logic one could say that if a girl gets wet while being raped then its her responsibility right? So much for equality. Just think about this, unless the rapist brought some sort of lubricant she has to be wet otherwise its nearly impossible and even painful to penetrate a woman, so one could argue that, in most cases, rape never even happened that is if we use the failed feminists logic.
TheOutspokenman1 1 year ago
I say a minimum of five years for false accusations.
pinegrove33 1 year ago
If the child is under the age of 16 its abuse. 10:20 Its considered abuse because the child whether it be a boy or a girl is not mentally mature enough to handle a sexual relationship with an adult. In other words, the adult is taking advantage of the child regardless whether the perpetrator is male or female.
necronomicon009 1 year ago
my brother was accused of sexual assault (when he was 14!) They police looked at case in within 10 minuets the woman was branded a liar and he was let go. Some police are really smart and he told us that whenever he hears about rape especially with teenagers he pretty much automatically assumes the woman is a liar because of how many cases he had of that beign the case. From the way he said it is still looks into it but there were so man inconsities in the illeged rape.
Greginda11 1 year ago 2
I'm watching this and so far I agree with a lot of the statements made, although some I disagree with but saying rapes in a long term relationship should be treated as 'froth and bubble' is completely ridiculous to me whether they are violent or not, if someone is raped by a long term spouse it should be treated just as seriously as if they are raped by someone they are not familliar with, the act does not change depending on how well you know your rapist.
ScouseCaspaXS 1 year ago
@ScouseCaspaXS I think the real problem is the way the terms "rape" and "rapist" are wildly over-used and often misapplied to behaviours that simply don't qualify as rape. Where a rape occurs ,it should be treated accordingly. Where a rape DOESN'T occur, it should also be treated accordingly, an example being the story cited in that part of the film. The definition of "Rape" has been broadened by the abuse industry to the extent that virtually all men at some point could be branded as "rapists".
manwomanmyth 1 year ago
@manwomanmyth
I completely agree with you, I just don't agree that any rape should be treated as 'froth and bubble' as he said, I also believe that men who are accused of rape should be granted anonimity until it is proven without a shadow of a doubt that they are infact rapists.
ScouseCaspaXS 1 year ago
@ScouseCaspaXS Well, I don't see how you can "completely" agree with me and then say that no (alleged) rape should be treated as "froth and bubble". The case of the fiance "rapist" is a case in point. That was the sort of nonsensical case AH suggests should be dismissed out of hand. To my mind, he is distinguishing between genuine rape and unwanted sex in a relationship. Very big difference. The bar for "rape" is set too low and it's a shallow pretense that it's to do with protecting women.
manwomanmyth 1 year ago 2
@manwomanmyth
Excuse me I am slightly drunk right now and not making the most sense, when I heard what he said I interpreted it as him saying that rape accusations against spouses should be treated as 'froth or bubble' or unless they are violent but I could be wrong.

I read a news about a woman who was jailed for false rape allegations. It is a victory for the cause! that's very rare!
hedleypanama 1 year ago
@hedleypanama Some women certainly do get jailed for false rape allegations. However, it is too few, the sentences are too light and the crime for which they are sentenced is not the crime against the MAN. Rather, it's a crime against the court (perjury), or wasting police time, or filing a false report etc. The MAN is screwed-over regardless because it's the ACCUSATION that does the damage to him. For HIM, it can be small comfort if she is proved a liar and gets a short jail-sentence.
manwomanmyth 1 year ago
@manwomanmyth I am wondering about the non-guilty or innocence presumption unless proven otherwise. I understand that it does not happen, but why is HE always the "devil"?
I also know about a man who refuse to go have sex with a minor and she accused of rape: does it make any sense?
hedleypanama 1 year ago
In Ohio, they had a gross miscarriage of justice when a woman who was found guilty of statutory rape with a boy sued that boy for child support and won.
loqutor 1 year ago 2
@loqutor As long as men tolerate this sort of thing and enforce it, so it will be done.
manwomanmyth 1 year ago
@loqutor
Not only that but there were a boy who was raped and then forced to pay child support and later found out IT WASN'T HIS... and he still has to pay.

"if he gets an errection its his own responsibillity"
Why in hell does every Women thinks that when a man gets an errection he wants to have sex / ist sexually errected ?
Thats the reason everybody thinks that man only want sex everywhere at everytime. We get blamed only for our anatomy ......
weasel4442 1 year ago 24
@weasel4442
GiantPotato 1 year ago 24
@GiantPotato I don't know why that happens, perhaps it's actually a protection mechanism against damage to the female genitalia
