The little boxes. We don't seem to have them here. What department are they in. I have been looking too.......... On dry time on acrylic paints.  Use hair dryer. Think heat gun would be too hot. Same thing for water based clear acrylic. You can layer super fast that way. To give depth use clear but satin or low shine. I used little dab of brown or ocre to make it look aged.

Arlene, It's really lovely. How did the wood handle the paint? Was the drying time very long? I have a few of these boxes and was thinking of trying something with it but since it needs to be done friday I was curious about dry time.

@crazygal77 Hi Krista, thanks! The acrylic paint dried pretty fast and I did 2 layers. The layers were very thin so it dried pretty quick. I created the box in one sitting... it took me a little over 1 hour to create the box (not including the tags.) Hope this helps. TFW! :-)
