What is he thinking? Go down to Florida and look at the job growth compared to Ohio. Just look at fucking LeBron James, the reason the big 3 are in Miami is because of no income tax
I have mixed feelings about the job Gov. Strickland has done but (1) he inherited most of his messes and (2) a state with money problems like Ohio should be attempting to figure out how to add tax revenue, not subtract from it.
Our schools' (yes, I am an Ohioan) funding issues are well-known. It seems that there would be an increased dependency on an already unconstitutional means of funding. I'm no James Carville but that can't be good.
