Put it in iced water for 5 minutes to stop it from cooking? Surely not. It'll be stone cold when you come to eat it. Besides, as soon as it's cooked, get it outta the pan, put it in an egg cup with the top knocked off , and get it eaten with soldiers being dipped into it.
