that is correct. i needed a reason why he was running, so that whole sequence was added after the rest of the vid was edited. That building was the first one that had popped into my head as a street level to roof access.
oh ya haha i go through the building down the street from your safehouse in bohan its the last building (if i remember correctly)on the same side as your house. i go up there and snipe and when i get into good trouble crouch in front of the door w/ a shotgun and fire at anything that comes through. i havent looked around from that rooftop for good parkour spots though i just attack from there
also one of the really tall buildings in the projects towards the north in algonquin near playboy you can climb to the top. it takes a while tho. i think it was in a mission where you chase the guy to the top and push him off.
i actually went into that building that you started at and i couldnt get anywhere from the top of it

just south of the place where ya play pool. the run was from several roofs all over broker, dukes and at least one in bohan most were reached by helo
