  • You are an unfunny man.

  • tower: nope, I'm pretty you've got me confused with someone else. But thanks for stopping by. -Kp

  • @PlanitReality No its you.

  • @toweronepower No you! So nyaahh! -Kp

  • You suck dude, youre trying to be funny but youre not...that telephone interruption and the low-batt crap were absolutely unnecessary

  • @35fallen35 sorry but this was a c--- review f----- fail

35, your genius post has informed my understanding of you and your comprehension skills. I would thus advise you to steer clear of any visual medium more complex than a paint by numbers of a red circle. Thank you for stopping in. -Kp

  • this review is a FAIL! lol

  • you raaas borat is a cracking film, not as funny as when he drops the camera tho. hahaha no

  • Thanks?...I think, white. -Kp

  • I agree dude. This is Spinal Tap and Blazing Saddles is far more superior than the tasteless comedy that was in Borat. All he really does in this movie is he picks a classified group of people and tries to offend them or manipulate them. Its stupid yet I laughed alot in theater, but then afterwards realized how juvenile the movie was, much like Family Guy which I rarely laugh at. I agree that perhaps the first half was the funniest, yet the other half began to lose its potential.

  • Thanks, Poetic! I think you're, like, the 2nd person to agree with me. It's funny, most of the movie's fans -- at least those who come to this page -- seem to think I'm bashing the flick. I'm not. It simply doesn't have the same depth and substance throughout...and I'm fairly certain Sasha Cohen KNEW that. Thx for buzzin' on in! -Kp

  • omg this sucks

  • Thank you, max, for your insightful and clever comment. The world awaits the wonders you will accomplish with bated breath. -Kp

  • what a dipsh**, lol he is so bad a filming. Lol, he got phone called, his battery ran low, and filmed himself off, what a douche.

nikstav, i'm afraid I'm going to have to delete your original comment b/c of the profanity, but I've put it here. Perhaps you should pay closer attention, watch my vid to the end -- all those things you point out happened PURPOSEFULLY. That was the joke, my friend. Thx for comin' around anyway! -Kp

  • Pft...blazing saddles is not clever its very blunt and has loads more racist comments for shock value not wit. I enjoyed blazing saddles but I don't understand where half your comments are coming from. And the naked wrestling was hilarious and probably offended a lot of people who are not well close minded and I thought the prostitute was great cuz it gave a awesome ending and gave us closure.

  • Scissor, Blazing Saddles is considered a comedy classic for a reason -- and "blunt" does not in ANY way mean something is not clever. There isn't one comedy-lover who doesn't consider that film a work of genius. Anyway, I agree the things you mention were funny in "Borat," but the film is SO uneven. It starts off as a mockumentary pointing out our foibles and devolves into chases, naked wrestling, and phony set-ups (all of which were funny but contribute to the "uneveness").

  • Fair enough I see your point. And its your opinion so I understand where you're coming from now.

  • Thx, Scissor! Glad you stopped by! Let me know if you agree/disagree w/some of my other (silly) reviews. -Kp

  • you ramble on about rascism being wrong and social issues

lets put it into perspective - we are laughing at the stupidity of rascism here. it is only a social problem to you people because your idea of a good friday night out used to be to grab a few cans of beer, meet the boys and go lynch us a ......

  • damn you americans just don't get it - its no wonder he set you people up so easy

  • He does have a point though, I think something like Family Guy attacks social stereotypes in a more sophisticated way, not to mention nobody gets duped into being embarrassed worldwide, and no real people are used for the profit of the creator.

  • Ukraina, interesting point about Family Guy and "for the profit of the creator." Although, an argument CAN be made Family Guy is a little hard of some of the public figures it tackles and, IMO, I find the general tone of the show to be a more mean-spirited than I like my comedy. But, yes, sophistication -- like in the rodeo scene -- would've made this movie stronger. And thanks for the defense -- I think pud there simply didn't get MY point. Thx for stopping by! -Kp

  • I would pay to see Borat, not you!!!

I doubt you have any rec o men dations as to what I might enjoy seeing other than something as funny as Borat.

    U r Lame!!!

  • Wow, Jimmy, you took my review awfully hard. I'll tell you, I was absolutely amused by BORAT from beginning to end. But the movie starts as an intelligent satire, then just devolves soon after w/that hooker storyline, the nude wrestling, and chase w/Pam Anderson. I found that stuff funny...but just unsatisfying after such a clever start. -Kp

  • For recommendations: silly movies: Office Space, almost any Zucker Bros. flick, numerous Bill Murray starrers, or films written by Steve Martin (save for "Pink Panther"), the South Park movie & Team America.

Smart satires: Team America again, the first 45 minutes of Idiocracy, Rushmore, several episodes of South Park, Blazing Saddles, and I'm sure there are several more I can't think of just now.

Check them out! And Thanks for viewing.

    -Kp

  • Satire is indeed very difficult to achieve but 10 out of 10 for trying

  • Ahh, but perhaps I was going for the "easy comedy" I mention...

  • lol awesome

  • That was awful. Borat isn't a silly comedy, it highlights the fact that alot of people in todays culture are racist scum. Its an extremely well written film. and 95% of people agree. Unfortunately you cant grasp it.

  • Thanks for the post, miles! What you're pointing out is exactly my point. The issues of racism, "herd" mentality, and other social issues which "Borat" brilliantly pokes are what I LOVE about this film. Sadly, much of the film is taken up w/naked wrestling, Pam Anderson, subway mishaps and other silliness.

  • Again another great movie review!!

  • its great :)
