Well, that video was bs, mw2 had stopping power and almosT all the guns were overpowered. High damage + stopping power= 1 hit, while in black ops, Medium to high damage w/o stopping power= 2 hits. It has nothing to do with the hit detection

Stopping was great. It was in the same slot as 'Ghost' and it made the game faster. Period.

Black ops hit detection sucks, regardless of internet connection. i get a four bar, and I'll shoot the guy in the area the area around his foot, and he'll still die. they shoot me on the chest, and they get a headshot, or they'll shoot me around the foot as well and they'll get the kill.. i run on fibreoptic connection btw, so no i don't lag.
