I'd say just turn on the camera and rant for a few minute about something (religion, people, sports, shit that happened to you, etc). Not only are you letting off some steam but I personally find rants entertaining and in some cases quite mind opening. Kinda like: "Oh yeah, I never though of it like THAT before... fuck!'... You know what I mean?

So yeah, I'd say rants, those are pretty cool. Also, I find that cussing a lot in them helps.
