  • What is she talking about ? Chicken broth ? Salt ? All you need is olive oil, oregano, chopped garlic & lemon juice sauteed together in a pan for about 5 minutes then add to the clams, bake at 450 for 10 minutes and that's it. Clams are from the OCEAN and have enough salt, no salt folks. I think she might have had a little too much wine before the taping of this.

  • Just put the clams in the freezer for about 3 to 4 minutes ( especially for raw clams ) for easier opening, the extreme cold screws up their muscle control and makes it easy to open them ( with a clam knife ) WITHOUT cooking them.

  • White wine and clam juice instead of chicken broth.

  • good recipe. But I would use the clam juice on the tray to moist the filling instead of chicken stock. What a shame to let all that clam juice go to waste.

  • Sorry to ask this since I didn't hear it in the video when you finish stuffing the clams she said she had the over preheating. My question is at what temp do you cook them at is it still 450 or the usual 350?
