  • Ka.. ka.. POW!!! Mad ass! Obnoxiously ridiculous and disgusting!

  • mkay. There is a lot of trash talking going on here from ppl who have never trained w this guy, i will b the first to say i have not trained w/him. However, lots of his mechanics are good. What is important is if you got the principles and the mechanics, they are the art, the techniques spring from them. I have trained in many systems from fillipino to indonesian 2 chinese to thai to japanese & western. principles r the most important thing & i see some good ones demonstrated by this man.

  • Joe was never a guro in kali. He was thrown out of the KAA for being an ass. When he couldn't become a guro, he said he was better than most of Mel Lopez's guro anyways, and challenged them. When some of them took him up on the challenge, Joe ran, and threatened to sue anyone who touched him. He still challenges people and then hides when they accept

  • I think this guy mostly learned kung fu arts. Then, he took some classes in FMA with Mel Lopez in Union City with no certification; he then tries to blend his kung fu with FMA and calls it Kamatuuran Kali and "I'm the Grandmaster".

  • did you also shave his back later on at the hotel joe ? come on man , you got a thing for italian dudes? "you see i am going pow um pow um um um pow um um pow" sounds like you want to do something else too, pow um pow um um, thanks for all the laughs joe , hope that shit doesnt get you killed one day : )

  • AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Please let me know if you will ever come to London...I would love you to test your techniques on me...AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

Dear Tuturhan, you are the worst instructor in the net.You make things up as you go along in your shows and the techniques you teach are absolutely rivolting. Please do the world of Filipino Martial Arts a favour and stop this nonsense...

  • Who is the camera man?

  • These Italian students were quite educated. All of them were martial arts teachers in their own rights. Some were engineers, entrepeneurs and phds. The guy I demonstrated on is a medical doctor.

  • GreatTahon,is this guy your psychiatrist?

  • ugg, being educated in engineering and medicine is not the same thing as being educated in how the body operates in a martial arts sense. I have met many professionals who know nothing in regards to how the body is used in martial arts so that is quite irrelevant

  • You're a scam artist. Do you tell your students that you were never even certified as a guro?

  • Great to hear and see someone teaching principles, rather than a set of useless techniques for a change. You look like a great teacher and fun to train with. thanks for the video.

  • Thank you...theory and concept allows for the increasing of skills through the metric of repeatable events. In other words, its not simply a matter of "doing the techique" over and over. You must think about it.

  • Spot on... I train in Bagua and taiji and there are so many people out there who don't think about how their body should move and react etc. A lot of students seem to go round and round (when pushing hands) without actually thinking about what is happening.(good exercise, but learn little)

You seem to express the mind as well as the body.... Great.

  • Wonderful...Bagua allows us to flank and strike from behind. Tai Chi allows us the potential to develop the ability to receive our opponents. Both of these generalized methods in my opinion are "female/yin" ways of movement, action and philosophy.

  • Joe, this s aweful. You've really let your students down by teaching them this stuff

  • Thank you for your kind comments. Please let me know where you guys are located. There are very very few people who practice the "internal striking". Master Hwa is one of the few.

  • Tuhan, tracked back from a post you put on Master Hwa's video.. very impressed with the depth of your knowledge and teaching style. Your students are fortunate.

  • lolz dood bro highly doubt you'll ever get to really train with any of those guys ,maybe seminar if your lucky..any idea how improbable it is to train with them directly unless your high ranking government agency or family, or so respectful and cool that they take you in like family? Maybe watch again but try turning off the video and just listen, bet you'll learn something that the guys you mentioned have also echoed before but maybe you missed.

  • Clearly that was a very thorough explination that was clear and easy to understand. Being that this was a concept and theory discussion with some illustrative examples demonstrated would bring any student to a higher understanding of the art - which i believe was the goal. It was nicely done.

  • Your welcome
