There may be something bigger, or different at work. They could be trolling to see who is actively seeking them out to expose them and logging IP information and such. Though the website itself is bogus, I'm not convinced about the links being bogus as well. It looks to me like someone gathered these links and placed them around their website, not claiming that the links are run by them. It may be a hoax, but the information could be real. Especially with the trampling of Posse Comitatus.
