Weird he was making fun of Gruvis Malt, but he had them tour with him and use them as his live band a while back. They were even on some tracks that made it on Road Tested and Dead Poet, Live Album... Probably just being funny but it sounds like he meant it :/ Funny thing is, his stuff since then hasn't been as good.
