In the U.S., I'd like to have the option of voting *against* a candidate, without, or in addition, to voting *for* a candidate. This I think would bring in many of the people who don't vote. Their non-voting is not so much due to apathy. It's a kind of negative voting. Another thing... it would have the effect of dampening the influence of money, I think. Exposure for exposure's sake wouldn't necessarily be in the candidate's favor.
Please google oneschoolsystem >With the current system any vote for the Greens or an Independent might end up putting Tory in power. Reason forbid!
