  • I must see her perform live before I die.

  • heard this song a million times and i'm still loving it

  • I have a hard enough time playing guitar and singing. She plays such intricate yet simple rhythms and doesn't compromise the vocal performance whatsoever.

  • godddddddddd look at her fingers

  • LOVEEEEEEEe the voice, amazing

  • This Side of the Blue" is truly a modern master piece....

if it wasn't for you lemon suckers could i really fall down slack-jawed and marvel ???

  • Oh, never mind, I'm a dummy. :-) GREAT video. Thanks so much for posting it.

  • Was this a 2006 show, or a 2007 show? I'm confused.... I thought this was from her current tour.

  • This is much more delicate and soft here than it is on Ys. I admit that it's not EXACTLY the level of greatness I'd want such an epic number to be, but her voice is really listenable here. And that's the problem most newcomers have with her. But her voice is completely listenable and her high notes are flawless. She's a magnificent writer, harpist, singer, and performer.

I'd have liked it without the backing, actually. It'd be more intimate.

  • (King Zeus)

    thats such a sexy instrument!!!

    she is clearly a queen.

its so well orchestrated, it hits all my tingly sences.

  • Stupendously beautiful!!!!!! She's so great..what a song writer..

  • Impossible to measure how much I love this...thank you Joanna...

  • I like the accordion, but this performance is

totally flat. Must be hard to sing and play these long songs live. The story just gets lost...

  • The threshing song is by far my favourite moment of this wonderful album. Can't wait to see it with the orchestra this month! Us Brits are so lucky!
