Srry I know that u can be any age but I am hating myself so much I've been in recovery for 3 months some days I really like the way I look but some days I can't stop thinking omg I'm so fat I cry soo much about it will I ever forget about my eating disorder there not a day that I don't think about it I am healthy but the mirror checks and cloths changing won't stop but what about when I'm 20 will I still really have those feelings does it ever go away I'm going to watch the video now I haven't
@barrleracer1 Honey, you said you have only been in recovery for 3 months. That is a very short time. Recovery is a very long process and often it takes a long time for the emotional side to heal. This WILL change, and you just have to be so patient. Try to focus on other activities that make you feel positive. If you want to email me; siajanewords@gmail.com we can chat more?
@barrleracer1 Anybody, of any age can suffer with an eating disorder. The fact you are in recovery now is so positive because it means that in a few years you can be happy and free from all of this. You have all the power within you to change angel <3
@moshiiiiii If we have not covered the *feel stuck* issue of recent we could maybe cover this as a topic. I can try and look for you. I am sorry you feel stuck. What I suggest is maybe little goals that are not to do with the ED. And seeing if that moves you and then enables you to change something ED wise <3
