I remember complaining about it with my friends. Eventually my friend said he rented it and told me it was stupid because all you did was read stuff and wait for things to happen. Ahhh...memories.

Best RPG ever. Sure there are other close runnerups, but anyone who downplays the shear magnitude and impact of this game either didn't play the game or is obviously too young to appreciate it in this era of HD and lavish production. this game is beautiful, and it took RPGs to a new level. I fear future generations may lose sight of just how influential and amazing this game was simply because they're unable to appreciate it as they weren't around when it's impact was so huge. Great memories.

omg i remember this commercial! This made me want to buy a playstation SOOOO bad!!! I never got a PS console until this year when i got a PS3. I played FF7 on PC but it sucks compared to the PSone Classic I have on my PS3. Not the best FF, but still a great game.
P.S. i love how one of the final cutscenes opens the trailer, haha
@slipspacer88 Actually FF7:AC was a movie that was set in the timeline after then end of the FF7 game. So you could argue a movie about the actual game never came to a thater.
