Yes, it is bright and sunny 300 days a year. It is in a severe drought. Water restrictions do apply. The crime rate is going up and up. People come up missing here. They just found a dead body over in the southwest upper middle class area. When it does rain, the streets wash out and flood. Flash flooding is no joke.
