This is Please Twins. The sequal to Please Teacher. The song is Second Flight from Kotoko. I've only seen a few episodes of this anime but overall from what I have seen is that it's pretty comical. It takes place a year after Kay and Mrs. Kazume's story and starts out with this guy who has two sisters that really love him. They find out that one of them is not his sister, but they don't know who, so all bets are off and they go after him. There are cameo appearances of the Please teacher cast.

Wrong lol this is a spin-off, not a sequel because Ms. Kazami and Kei isn't a main character in it. Lol I think your version has bad subtitles they are Kazami and Kei not Kay and Kazume xD I read the Japanese writings lol.
