@KPepisodes I think it also has something to do with Shego's brother Hego (the blue one...who's skin isn't blue). This insane theory is supported by the fact that when Ron took Drakken's evil he turned blue and became a super genius.

I also think his scar was a screw up during his laser eye surgery, because he used to wear glasses.
