LP's original sound was unique :P Linkin Park and Limp Bizkit were one of the first bands that created their sound by merging rock & hip hop, with heavy rifft and strong lyrics. The whole idea was to create a "hybrid" between two different genres in a whole new style, a "Hybrid Theory" if you will ;)
